First time customer. Was looking for a washer/dryer at Home Depot and Costco. Online product research brought me to CAS Whitby. Grateful to have found this Canadien company. Very knowledgeable staff support, super efficient/minutes long order writing, great comprehensive extended warranty offer, excellent delivery and installation service. Al Janmo was excellent
Al Janmo was excellent. Recommended a good washer dryer combo, got us a good deal and very friendly throughout. First delivery gents did not install the washer claiming it was hard to reach and I had to call a plumber. I was able to remove the water lines myself in 10 minutes and had to install the new lines as well. Not sure why they didn’t try.

Unfortunately there is no Zero on your rating. We recieved a faulty product and no one is helping us to replace it. We feel we didnt get a new product. Customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Dave was great and the delivery was fine except the delivery man forgot to leave the new hoses for the washer. He just used the ones that I had. Otherwise great.

Great Service
Makayla was very helpful in helping me find a dishwasher for a rental condo I own. Gave me good advice on what features I would want or would not want in this situation and found a unit with a longer warranty at a great price. All this was done over the phone. The unit was delivered with in a couple days - on time!
