Received the new oven in good condition, as scheduled and with courteous and helpful staff. Price of appliance was better than competition for the model we were looking for. Sales team were easy to work with and acted as a team rather than internal competitors.

I was told the day I bought the appliances (by Animaka) the delivery people would work with me. Now I’m told by them that it was not to guarantee it would not be delivered before 1 o’clock. It’s an hour that someone could not be here all I asked is that make us 2nd. Had they told us that at the time of sale I would have gone elsewhere. I called and was spoken to like I was an idiot because I can’t be here for that hour. I told I would cancel the order and was told with sarcasm that I’d that’s what you want to do. I went to the store and I agree I was hot I spent 5000$ in your store and they don’t seem to care. I have canceled my order and am going elsewhere I will never set foot in that store again

Impressive company from start to finish! When our counter depth fridge needed replacement Adam C, from the Windsor showroom, 2601 Lauzon Parkway, was quick to answer the phone and found the ideal model. The next day delivery could not have gone smoother and included timely updates as to arrival time. We were so impressed that when we decided to replace our aging washer and dryer a few weeks later we reached out to Adam again. He was extremely helpful and once again facilitated the next day delivery. This store is best described as honest, efficient and competitive! Special thanks to Adam C! Well done!!
