Below zero
Below zero! A day after I placed an order, the products went on sale, so I wrote to the customer service and they responded they were not going to adjust the price. A few days after, when I received my order I decided to return: out of the 4 items 3 were not good and the one I liked was now 30% cheaper and felt wrong that I was paying full price, so I decide to return all. On the phone they agreed to free return as it says on the website. After I made the return the charged me $14, without my consent and against their policy! Prepare for a waste of money and time plus lots of annoyance and unprofessionalism if you decide to buy from Carbon38.

Carbon 38 often advertises they have Nike Dunks available in certain colors that are typically hard to get. I placed an order for a pair of black and white pandas in a size 10. I received a size 6.5 for some reason and even the order printout in the box listed size 10 as my order. I had a hard time with customer service they make you take pictures and send to them for some reason. Anyway I was bummed to not get the shoe I purchased so I’m waiting for my refund for what seems like forever and noticed a pair of 10’s available again on their site in the same black and white shoe I wanted originally. So, I ordered another pair again. It is really unbelievable to me that I recvd the 2nd pair and it was a size 6.5 again!!! I was so frustrated to have to go through this process again it was a total waste of time and now I was out double the price because I ari hadn’t been refunded for the first pair. I called customer service again and again had to take photos and send which was annoying. Since then I have received a refund for one pair and still waiting on the 2nd refund. I will never order anything else ever from this site and request my friends and family the same. Horrible.

If I could put ZERO Star I would ... That's what happens when a company uses a subcontractor to take care of their returns.
To be clear : if you buy, you can not return the clothes, because the subcontractor ( HAPPY Returns ) doesn't send you back the QRC Code. The woman that I got by email, who was nice actually, doesn't have access to the QRC Code... And she works at the costumer service. Interesting right ?
Did I receive my full order ? No. It miss a legging. Will I receive it ? No. Because they sold more of this item than they had in stock.
To K. W. J. : stay in the blog business, because you are good to do looks, to take pics etc... But avoid, the online retail. That doesn't look good on you... Your company is a scam !

Wrong items - no good fix
I’ve never sought out a way to leave a negative review before. I ordered 10 items, received 9 items, and only one of them was something I’d actually ordered. I emailed customer service twice and then called and was told I would have to ship everything back before I would receive the items I’d actually ordered. I opted to cancel the order and then was told they would have to receive the wrong items back at their warehouse before I would be refunded. Just really poor systems and procedures. I guess I won’t order from them again 🙄 I’d expected them to want to ship the correct items immediately.
Terrible company
I placed an order last week for a top, and pair of pants that were on sale. I received an email that The top had shipped out but I noticed that the pants didn’t. I called a week later only to find out that the pants sold out. Their website isn’t in sync with their warehouse. Meanwhile my credit card was immediately charged for both items. They never communicated in any way that the pants were sold out. If I didn’t call I would have never known. This is an Extremely unprofessional company. This was my first time ordering from them,& will certainly be my last.

How do i get in touch with carbon 38 customer service? I received an order that was wrong, but not before telling them it was wrong. Nobody ever answered my email! I started a return but never received email with return label! Lastly, can’t get in touch with customer service via phone number provided.

Save yourself time and money and do not buy from this company. I received a defective top. Contacted them, they first tell me they would send me a new top if they had it in stock but unfortunately it's out of stock. So I got on the website and that was a lie. The top had one strap completely unstitched and it looked like it had been worn. Plus the stitching in general was poorly done. When I called them out on the fact that they have the top in stock bc I just clicked on it. I was told to order a new, one, send them the confirmation order, send the defective top back in then they would refund me for the item. What business of this nature even practices that way? Send in your old top. And either we will refund you the amount or send you a new one. Don't tell me if you had it in stock you would send me a new one..then after I call you on that not being true..oh order a new one. YOU send me the confirmation order, YOU send in the item then we will refund you. It's your job to make it right. Period.
The first top I ordered was marked down for twenty dollars less at the time but when I went to order a new top it was original price. So I was just now refunded the amount for 20 dollars less. Still out the 100 dollars I paid for the new top. And still sitting here with a top that's been worn that they clearly slapped a new tag on. A strap that's come unstitched and poorly made anyway. There has been zero resolution in this. I am an aerobics instructor, definitely won't be wearing these clothes or referring anyone to this company. So ridiculous, so disappointing, and in awe that this is how they do business. I didn't realize until after I ordered but I guess this could be expected from an mlm business. Never again. If I want the items I will search them and order from Zappos. At least I know if there's a problem, they will fix it. Immediately and completely.

Same issues as the many other reviewers. Lost package. Absolutely no help from customer service. Thankfully I can dispute the charge with my credit card company, but I shouldn’t have to. I have shopped here quite a bit with no issue (except one about 3 years ago, which was resolved). When a good customer needs help, they should help. They should help every customer. So disappointing. Raymund should be fired.
Nonexistent Customer Service
Horrible doesn't begin to describe my experience with this supposed “high-end” company. I placed an order over a week ago for a gym bag that I still have not received via DHL. They could care less if you receive your item, blame everything on the carrier (who is notoriously slow and delays things unnecessarily), and don't offer any kind of credit or apology for my order taking almost 2 weeks to arrive because it was “free shipping” (though it's currently “in transit” with no recent update, they've insisted I wait the full 10 business days to receive before escalating). They rarely answer emails unless you absolutely bombard them and contacts to their supposed “executive team” go completely unanswered. What a fly by night company. Here's hoping they go out of business sooner rather than later!
lost order poor customer service
I placed an order on 7/27/21 and I have still not received it. I have argued with customer service. They are horrible. They have lost a customer. Stick to lululemon. Anna kept giving me the run around after asking to speak to supervisor. She offered 20% off on a future purchase. I told her I needed to be compensated on the order that had not arrived. They finally refunded my order.
Customer service = trash
Placed an incorrect order on a “final sale” item and sent out an email within 5 minutes of it being placed. They didn’t respond so I resent the email. Still no response. Resent it again, no response and the item has now shipped. It’s been 4 days since I placed the order and I have yet to receive a response. Never have I dealt with a company with such a poor response level. It’s unfortunate because I really wanted to give this place a chance but never again. Should’ve actually came on here before I decided to even deal with them. I will be sure to let others know.

Very very bad experience overly priced and poor quality I wish I could post pictures of what I ordered and what I got it’s total scam I am not the kind of person who write comments and all but it happened to me couple of times even the product is only 15% on sale they mark it as final sale no return or exchange I think it’s not fair especially when u r spending that kind of money I think u should at least have a option to exchange it!!!!!!!now I want other people to know!!!!! think twice before u order anything coz there return policy is sucks i am done with them!!!!I would like to recommend my friends athleta and noli clothes !!!! Absolutely terrible experience! I made an order several days ago, it was sale there and I found some nice stuff. I haven't received any confirmation emails immediately after placing an order, but of course, the money was charged already. So I was waiting several days to get any updates and tried to use their "track order" link. So the information was there but no updates. Today I finally got the email from them that they declined my order and to check it manually they need the screenshot from mobile bank app with that charge, my additional email and additional phone number to verify the order. It was pretty suspicious, right? I made a screenshot with this transaction, sent them my alternate email but no other phone number, because I don't have any other. So... I got the response that they cancelled my order, because it was not enough. What??? I provided you everything you asked, what else did I have to do to make you believe that I made this order?? And they suggest me to make another order there. But there is no sale 30% anymore and my money has not still been back to account! If I knew it before I would rather order AloYoga or other activewear store. Now I am waiting for my money back. Will see how long it will take to return it. Don't recommend them at all, the worst store!
Company needs better service at price point
This company needs to hire more customer service. At the price point, there has to be a better way to do business. Their policies are fine, but the lack of quality control and obviously understaffed customer help is unacceptable.
First, I made an order that took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I checked the door the moment the package was marked delivered, and it wasn't there (in a safe/low crime area). This isn't Carbon38's fault, but then I received NO response for almost a month after contacting them. I had to deal with the unhelpful PO myself. What major company ships via USPS these days? Finally, after multiple emails and unanswered DMs, I got store credit, which was the right thing to do and thought this would finally be resolved. I received my replacement order, which contained a stained item. I contacted customer care again, and they offered to refund me once I sent it back. I asked for an exchange and no response from them. I travel full-time and I had to be able to print the return label. I ended up trying to get the stains out myself rather than deal with this company any further. Only order from here if you have the patience of Mother Teresa and don't mind waiting 2 months to get the correct items.

I ordered a pairs of leggings on May 20th 2021. They came fairly quickly, however, I decided that I wanted a different size and different leggings. I sent the merchandise back on May 24th. I called many times to get store credit, but they said that they were still waiting for the leggings. I called again around June 15th and they said that they just had received the leggings back. Finally, I ordered new leggings on June 15th. I waited and waited and waited, but nothing came. I called them again and they said that there was an issue with the shipping. They told me to wait until June 30th, really? At that point I knew I was not going to receive anything, but I was patience and I waited some more. Sure enough i didn't get my leggings on the 30th. I am pretty sure it does not cost much to make those leggings, they could have sent me new ones. Finally, I called them on June 30th and they agreed to sent me the leggings again. Today is July 6, 2021 and i have not received my leggings. This is totally unacceptable, really bad business. The funny thing is that they still think I am going to get the original leggings they "supposedly sent me". They said they will appreciate if I send them the " original leggings" back, hahaha... at this point I don't even know if i am getting any leggings. I have never had issues with any of the other leggings companies. I would not recommend it.

I wish zero stars was an option here. Customer service must be trained to lie to customers who are having issues, in hopes they won’t notice. Absolutely awful company who charges 100 times what their products are worth, and does not value their customers in the slightest. Still waiting for an issue to be resolved that had a very simple solution. I would discourage everyone from shopping here in the future.
Terrible company and customer service
I placed an order on May 16 for an ONA set a week later I received an order with short and top different sizes. I’ve contacted company as soon as possible, provided with all the info including photos they needed. A month later no replacement and no money. Horrible experience will never order again.
Poor quality product
Poor quality product. Bad customer service. The produce tore after being gently worn twice when it is supposed to be an exercise brand. Don’t spend your money here go to Lulu or Athleta.

Sketchy delays
I am experiencing delays and sketchy customer service like most people. I placed my order on May 6 and received a shipping notification on May 7. However, the tracking info shows that it is stil en route to DHL (it’s now May 29). I contacted DHL and they said that it is a vendor issue since it never arrived at DHL. Customer service said on May 20 that they will reach out to “them” and there is still no update as of May 29. Customer service told me that I can’t even cancel my order because it has supposedly left the warehouse even though it’s mysteriously still on the road. I feel like something weird is going on and am extremely frustrated.

Please tell me why this company is still opened? I was about to place an order but decided to read the reviews no one has anything to say good about this company. It’s sounds like they don’t want to refund your money if you return the items. Reminds me so much of Fashion Nova in the past. Even they have improved after the class action lawsuit. Why would a company try to defraud customers who works hard for their money??? Then they have excuses on top of excuses to why they didn’t return the customers money. Then it was the data breach that a couple customers bought to the forefront that no one from carbon38 replied to but replied to the all the other complaints. People please don’t take a chance on this company you don’t want any items that bad if there’s a possible data breach it’s not worth it! Thanks to everyone who post a review of this company!
