After initial problems setting up the new unit the help I received was exemplary and having decided the problem came as a result of a faulty lead another was sent through to me within 24 hours.

Thoroughly recommend
Easy to complete application and immediate reply. The equipment was delivered the next day and installation was easy. After doing the recommended test it worked perfectly, even through house and to the end of my garden about 300ft in total and was answered immediately. Very happy.

The installation was explanatory thanks to the booklet. Also the lady who was able to help.It was all quite straightforward with all the help installing and registering my dependants,as I now live alone.However I have not used it for call-out yet.

I contacted customer service to inquire about their services, and the call center representative provided excellent support. I subsequently purchased the service and am pleased with the next-day delivery. The service provides peace of mind for my mother and our family, and I highly recommend it.

You were excellent sending new…
You were excellent sending new equipment and answering emergency calls
Your service team is terrible rang 7 times spending approximately well over 2 hours always having to put the phone down, got them in the end and asked if I could receive a black cord as the white ones are silly get dirty stain quickly hard to wash and look terrible around your neck, I was told one would be in the post the next day it arrived promptly (yes you’ve guessed it was white) rang three times before I got through approximately 50 mins and they said they would ring me back still waiting, I am beginning to wonder if the company is in difficulty certainly not enough staff or are people working from home and not actually answering calls, your answer would be appreciated

I do apologise for any problems you have faced in trying to reach us. There have been times recently when we are facing unusually high volumes of calls, though this is often due to circumstances out of our control (for instance, the impact of last week's Storm Eowyn has had on many of our customer's mains power, and therefore the functionality of our alarm systems).
Though we appreciate it can be frustrating trying to reach us during these times, we are doing everything we can to keep wait time down to a minimum.
I can confirm that a call back from the relevant team that you requested to speak to has been logged and they will contact you as soon as they are available.

I apologise that you had to wait some time to get through to our customer service line. We occasionally experience some unusually high call volumes; however, we are continuously working to keep wait times to a minimum.
Please rest assured that the wait times when using the alarm itself are signifcantly lower. As a voluntary member of the Telecare Services Association (TSA), we adhere to strict standards. We are audited regularly, and endeavour to meet their requirement to answer 97.5% of calls in under 60 seconds.
