De auto was groter dan besteld, splinternieuw en met alle snufjes die je nodig hebt om veilig rond te kunnen rijden in de smalle steegjes van Andalusie.
De auto was all-risk verzekerd met een eigen risico van €300 en geen borg of iets dergelijks. Het ophalen was duidelijk en gemakkelijk net als het terugbrengen.
En we willen Blanca van Cargest bedanken voor de gezelligheid bij het terugbrengen.

Totally stress
free car rental with the premium pack. Some of the car parks in Andalusia are quite tight and the car was delivered with a few grazes but we didn’t add to them. The car was exactly as ordered. We did quite a few miles and the only small gripe would be that when I used the screen wash to clear the screen visibility was actually worse as the wipers didn’t work too well. Would not hesitate to use again.

As we needed to extend our trip, we had to extend the car rental. This was al handled smoothly and professionally.

Handing in the car at the end of our trip was done quickly and without fuss.

Excellent service. Absolutely no issues when picking up or returning the car. They barely even checked for dirt or damages, only looked at the car for a second and then said it's all fine.

I booked a BMW 420 Cabrio for a week's driving holiday from Malaga Airport in April. I found Cargest through an AI recommendation and I'm glad I did, the service was exceptional throughout.

Booking. The website was easy to navigate and my booking was confirmed within 5 minutes. I was able to provide all my documentation in advance to speed up the arrival process. The car was around 40% cheaper than through the usual main hire car companies. With Cargest I was able to pick the exact car I wanted rather than just a class of car.

Arrival. The instructions were very clear and the meeting point for the minibus was a very short walk from the terminal (just by the station). We were met immediately by a rep and the minibus arrived within 5 minutes and took a further 5 minutes to get to the car hire centre just outside the airport. With the arrival paperwork already submitted the pick up was very quick and I would estimate that we were in the car and on our way within 10 minutes (about 1 hour after landing). The car was very new and in great condition.

During Hire. We had no issues with the hire car at all.

Drop Off. The drop off location is slightly different to the pick up location but only about 200m away. The drop off was very quick, we were met by a rep, asked if everything was OK and told to leave the key on the dashboard. No paperwork to complete. A minibus was waiting to take us straight back to the terminal. From driving in to the hire car centre to walking in to the terminal was 15 mins at most.

Overall. I was very impressed with CarGest througout and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. Absolutely brilliant.

Helo, I was happy with cleanest of the car, quick proces of picking up and returning, noce helpfull staff. The only think I would recommend is to process the unblocking the money in credit cart immediately after return. We are more then one week after we returned the car without any problems and still your deposit has not been returned.
