St Stephens Green Store. I had the pleasure of being served by Bridget during my visit. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile, endless patience, and enough Irish charm to make me want to buy half the shop.
Bridget knew exactly where everything was and had brilliant recommendations for gifts for my family at home in New York.
Her sense of humour made the whole experience great craic, and she really went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Carrolls Irish Gifts is lucky to have someone as friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful as Bridget.
If you're visiting, do yourself a favour and ask for Bridget—you'll leave with a smile and probably a few extra souvenirs you never planned on buying. Five stars isn't enough!

My package was delivered completely smashed upon delivery. The box was mangled even though there was a note that said do not fold

The delivery company didn't call me and i founded the box in my mailbox.

I visited Dublin recently for the day
I visited Dublin recently for the day, and browsed around Carroll’s gifts shop. I planned on calling back in before my flight home but I had no time, hence ordering online .
The products are lovely well made , the shamrocks chocolates however aren’t nice .
My first order went missing I contacted customer services and they were very prompt at responding and sent my order out again the same day .
The delivery firm which was used was fed ex and I was fed up with waiting . Hence the 4 stars .
