The Horsham staff always give us a great service and goods advice on products we are considering purchasing

This is the second time we have renovated a kitchen. Both times Carters have been exceptionally helpful and have given us excellent advice. Their prices compete well with internet sellers but you also get their expertise. They are great.

Delivered with care and went above and beyond whilst connecting washing machine. It was not straight forward but they managed it.

The appliance was delivered on time by two very helpful operatives. They plumbed it in and cleared away all the packaging before they left.

Having been let down by Currys I rang carter's in Worthing who offered us a choice of washing machines and the chosen one was delivered and fitted the next day. The chaps there were really knowledgeable and helpful and we had a great conversation with them and put the world to right. Exceptional service.

Failed to plumb the new dishwasher in (twice!)
Had to ask our plumber, who did it in 5 minutes.
Disappointing, as have had good service from Carters in the past.

Product ( Bosch washing machine ) fairly priced and swiftly delivered.
Only a few washes so far but currently very pleased with its performance.

My go to for domestic appliances is Carters, because they are a local small business with knowledge and advice and really convenient installation and delivery. I know if I have any issues that I can ask them. Over the years I’ve bought an oven, hob, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher from them. I highly recommend Carters. Great staff, great advice, seamless delivery / installation/ removal of old appliance. Thank you

Good communication about when to expect delivery, which was free as we live locally. The delivery guys were great. They installed our washing machine for us and explained about running the first programme without laundry or detergent. Very happy so far with our Miele WEA125.

Efficient sales procedure and delivery

They were very, very helpful and understanding, Paul in the shop in Horsham went out of his way to find the right appliance for me, as my space was very limited. And the men who came to install it were kind, considerate and very reassuring.

Carters are competitive on price, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They're local too and it's always good to support local businesses!
