Great price. Came when they said they would and kept me updated throughout the installation. Very personable and professional local plumber.

Neil installed our boiler earlier this year, so when we needed a new bathroom fitting there was no other company to consider. Neil was flexible to accommodate delays with suppliers, and yet once stated worked swiftly and even managed to make the shower a ceiling mount instead of wall to accommodate my height. Although the tiling was subbed out, he recommended and organised a tradesman he trusted, this shows as the tiling and the rest of the installation is simply faultless. And I look forward to using Neil in the future

Chose Neil after finding him through the Worcester Bosch site as an accredited installer and reading the reviews, and was not disappointed. There is an obvious reason for the 5 star rating which is for the all round quality of service and workmanship. Would not hesitate to use Neil again. Highly recommended.

Over the last 6 months Neil has installed a complete underfloor heating system in our new home. He has also installed 2 bathrooms. He was extremely helpful from the outset and nothing has been too much trouble. We would recommend him to anyone. Over the winter my mums boiler broke and he even came at short notice to install a new one (on a Sunday) so she wasn’t without heating. Totally deserves the 5 stars.

I had a complete Bathroom fitted by a Chesterfield business and it was done very badly in fact it was unsafe.
It was truly shambolic.
Neil had done work for us before in fitting a new central heating system so I knew how good he was and the care he takes.
He removed the bathroom and completely started again fitting a wet room refitting the wall hanging w/c and retiling the room.
The end result is absolutely perfect.
I cant recommend him enough.

We've used Neil a number of times. We had a lot of building work going on and Neil removed the old hot air heating system , advising and installing the replacement system with minimal disruption or mess. He liaised with our builder (also brilliant ) and was available for each step of new bathrooms installation. Because he was so accommodating, we had no delays in the schedule. He's also helped on small jobs such as simple kitchen plumbing and now comes for the annual boiler service. I feel comfortable having Neil in the house and he is very competitive price wise. I would recommend him for any plumbing work with full confidence.

We have used Catons a number of times over the years and found Neil to be fast, efficient and very tidy. Nothing is too much trouble. Their pricing is very competitive too. Why would you use any one else ?

Neil is highly skilled and has done some fantastic work for us, most recently a complete bathroom refurb. Even with some issues with supply of equipment from our supplier, he managed to work around, suggest options to resolve problems and got the job done on time with minimal disruption. Everything was kept as clean and tidy as possible during the disruption so I was able to continue working from home without problems.
Carpets were protected which isn’t something all trades automatically take care of!
Finally and importantly, Neil is a very pleasant guy to have around and I feel comfortable with him in the house and trust him implicitly to work when I’m not around. Highly recommended and I wouldn’t use another plumber.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company after having had an old conventional boiler and hot water cylinder replaced with a new energy-efficient combi-boiler and smart thermostat. The work was carried out remarkably quickly with all the old appliances, header tanks and pipework being removed and disposed of and the new boiler, pump and magnetic filter being installed neatly in the airing cupboard. A smart thermostat was also recommended and supplied allowing me to control and check the heating whilst away from home. Although I did experience a minor problem the day after the work was completed, Neil came first thing the following morning and soon had the issue resolved.

Quick tidy work, knows exactly what they are taliking about and get the job done no messing. Highly recommend

Have used Caton's several times now for building projects and I am always pleased with the service, speed and quality of their work. Always really helpful and reliable, nothing is too much trouble.

Underfloor heating suffered a major failure in the wiring under the shower cubicle, Had a whirlpool bath which I never used and a small corner shower cubicle. To repair underfloor heating floor had to be removed to took the opportunity to completely upgrade the bathroom with new underfloor heating and modern toilet, wash basin and install a ladder radiator.
Went on holiday for the week whilst it was all being done, started Monday got a call on the Friday to say it was all complete including very attractive tiling.
Never had a problem with the work.
Can get hold of Neil when I have wanted other jobs doing.

Revived a knackered boiler and recently save the day with an after hours job when our cooker died!

Used Neil Caton and Adam on three occasions so far and he’s due to undertake the fitting of a downstairs toilet and to refurbish our bathroom and then to finally fit our underfloor heating in our new extension. He is reliable, prompt, hard working, polite and does a quality job for a reasonable price. Neil is very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing and heating. Can recommend him unreservedly.
