This company is a complete scam. I placed an order and was supplied a fake shipping label but never received the product I ordered.
Numerous emails and social media messages got no response.
This is a fraudulent company!

Items ordered, got a tracking number, USPS never received it, called/emailed/facebook messenger to inquire about the order, never received any communication from them, ended up have to do a charge back on my credit card....sad

I would leave zero stars if I could! I placed an order on 6/27/26, as of 8/15/26 nothing more than a shipping label has been created. Nothing has actually been sent out and I cannot get a hold of the shop owner. I have reached out multiple times on multiple different platforms with no response whatsoever. This lady is a MF scam artist! Avoid her at all cost!!!

Great message, shiesty business practices. Placed my order 7/22, shipping label created on the 28th and nothing since. Tried all forms of her preferred requested communication and no response. Called my financial institute to dispute the charge and was refunded the next day. Perhaps instead of posting 5011 videos a day put some hustle in that bustle and get some orders shipped for those still waiting.

I'm happy with the bonnet, but the customer service is awful. It took almost 2 months to receive my item and I had to go through PayPal and request a refund before they responded and sent the product.

I ordered a bonnet on 7/6/2026. I have not received it so I emailed twice and made a comment on their Facebook page. Zero response. I was so excited to get one of her bonnets and am now just disappointed. I won't try to order from her again.

I ordered on July 16th. I was notified on July 22nd that a shipping label was created. As of August 6th, the post office still has not received the package. I have tried to contact the company about my order three times through 2 different platforms (their website and their FB page messages) and have not been responded to in any way.

Purchased a BONNET on 06 July did not receive item. Have made contact and still NO product. THIS IS A SCAM ! STAY AWAY FROM SHOPIFY IT PERPETRATORS OF SCAMS! WARNING WARNING!

Terrible! I ordered three bonnets from them on July 6th. They did not ship for weeks, and didn’t arrive to me until July 27th. During this time I reached out to them via the submission form on the website, and via email, to inquire about my shipping status. They did not respond. Upon receipt of my package, I discovered that one of my items was incorrect - I ordered a cow print and got a bonnet that says “All That” instead. I have emailed them 6 times, and submitted three forms on their website. I also submitted to the Shop platform that there was an issue with the order, but have heard nothing back.

I’ve been wearing the other bonnets I ordered, and they don’t stay on my head very well, and slip off in my sleep despite being tied properly.

Got a turban style bonnet that does NOT stay on. I emailed twice, no response. I used the instant message option on the website, it took days to get a response. Finally got to chat with someone today and asked what the refund policy is. They said they won't refund anything, all sales final and that the tie on is the one that stays on. I explained that was false advertising then since theres no disclaimer on the turban style that it doesn't stay on. She said she was sorry I felt misled. I quickly corrected her and said that I didnt feel misled, I was misled. Her response? "You was not." This is not how you run a business!

My husband and I both bought the sunflower bonnet since my old bonnets needed replacing. Two separate orders and BOTH arrived a month later and with a completely different pattern. Zero response from the seller. Unsolicited substitutes is not cool and leads to major disappointment. Seller didn’t get back to either of us when we emailed for an exchange. Will not be purchasing from here again.

I didn’t hear anything for over a month about my order. I finally got an order but it wasn’t what I ordered and is so ugly I could never wear it. I emailed them numerous times and sent them a picture of what they sent me. No reply. I used their web form for contact. Nothing. I tried their chat. It said they’d contact me. So the unopened package is sitting her gathering dust because they won’t ever respond to make my order right. Customer communications is their worst part.

I had ordered two items, but only received one. I have reached out to her/the company multiple times by email and through the website. However, there has been zero response from the company. No partial refund, no communication, no missing item sent at a later date. Nothing.

Do not purchase. She doesn’t send the product. Luckily I was able to dispute the charge with my bank after a month of not hearing back from the company/her. She is using her platform to lure people into giving her money and that makes me so sad.

Dont be fooled by this place. I placed my order on June 20th. It is not July 10th and have no updates. I have emailed with no response back and have called with no answer. 10/10 do not recommend. I want a refund.

There was little to no communication despite my repeated attempts to get a simple order number or shipping information etc. In fact, she blocked me. That’s no way to treat a paying customer. After several weeks and opening a dispute with my bank I finally received the bonnet. I strongly believe she’s ordering these from Temu and not hand making them. The quality is very poor. They aren’t worth the money or the headache you’ll get doing business with this con artist. Her brand is built on lies.

Within days there was a shipping label created. Good sign right? Wrong. For 2 straight months I was calling, emailing (2 different emails on her site), using her websites chat service (that she says to use instead of emailing), using Facebook messenger, posting comments on TikTok and Facebook. Guess how many responses I got? ZERO. I disputed with my bank, reported to the BBB, reported her to Shop and all of a sudden after over 2 months I receive the bonnet. The one that I did not order. Messaged again (like a dummy) hoping for an exchange and SURPRISE zerooooooo response. Not only will she not provide customer service, she blocked me on Facebook and on TikTok for commenting asking about when I’d receive my order. Which I basically did not, sending the wrong thing does not fulfill an order. I do not recommend this store whatsoever & I’ll also be reporting her to the Alabama Attorney General. I hope that one day she gets her karma and they finally shut her down.

Got my bonnets after months of trying to get ahold of the lady. She is sending fake tracking numbers. She sends the wrong bonnets and mine as well as others smelled like hair gel and lavender and i began breaking out in hives cause im allergic to lavender. All websites are fraudulent and the shop link is a fake man

Once my order was placed there was no further communication. 2.5 months went by (yes, I kinda forgot) and I started contacting her through all possible avenues. I finally received shipping info when I filed a fraud complaint with my bank. My bank determined that she's a scammer and refunded my money. A smelly, non-handmade bonnet eventually arrived. It was so disgusting I felt bad even trying to donate it to someone. Then she had the goal to have a bot start messaging me to get me back.
