Scammed me out of my money, with no products! Paid for my order on 3/08, and never received my order, never got a refund, and never got a communication response! Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional!

I ordered a bonnet for a birthday basket and paid extra for 3 day shipping...it was super easy to order and honestly I love what the Unity message, however, they are not clear on the fact that even when you select and pay for quicker shipping, you still have to wait 7-14 business days before it gets sent out. The birthday has come and gone and i still don't have a bonnet 18 business days later and to ask your followers on social media, who have probably never bought anything, to leave a review just because of the whole standing for unity, is so dishonest. I absolutely love what this company stands for too BUT the company itself it terrible and this is NOT a fake review and I could prove it with my screenshots but there's not an option to do so
The people saying these bad reciews are fake reviews are the people who haven't actually ordered anything and don't actually know, they are just reviewing to bump the rating because I have watched and followed forever before I decided to trust her and order and here we are...lesson learned...people may be so.kind and sweet and they can STILL have terrible business practices.

I'm editing to add that my order has been recieved by USPS and the 3 days shipping I paid for is out the window because I'm not getting it for 6 days from now according to my tracking number. What a JOKE!!!

Amazing bonnets !!

I ordered 2 bonnets on March 5th, 2026, got tracking on March 13th, 2026. To this day, April 4th, 2026, I still haven't received my items that I paid for. It's still sitting in pre shipment. Don't walk, run from ordering anything from this "business"

First order took a month to get here. Though late, the bonnet itself was great and nicely made. Second order I placed on 3/2/26 for three more. On 3/13/26 I received shipping confirmation. It has remained in pre-shipping status since then. Reached out by email twice, Facebook messenger twice and the website chat all without response. When I go to the website and enter my order and shipping number both say "order not found". Doubt I will ever get a response or my order but I can at least inform others to not go through the same. Do not waste your time or money.

I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. After I reached out to CC Mink via the chat on the website, they responded back about 2 days later and shipped my item the next day. I haven't received my bonnet yet, but I can see the tracking information now and it is on its way.

Ordering is easy. HOWEVER, the company does not respond to messages. I am very understanding of small businesses who may get overwhelmed with orders. If only I received a response back with an ETA, even if it is a month from now, I would not be writing this negative review. I placed and order on 3/11/2026, a USPS tracking number on 3/25/2026, but the USPS site still states that it is waiting to receive the item from the shipper. The website says "FAST SHIPPING.
Just order and relax, we value your time." I really do wish the owner success. I love the message of unity. The management and logistics of this business needs help though. Hopefully, I can leave a positive review in the future and I wish this business the best of luck.

To put it honestly and politely as possible, this company is a SCAM, The shipping label was created so long ago the USPS removed it from my informed delivery. I ordered the 12th of February, the label was created the 20th of February. Here it is March 11 and I still do not have what I paid for. I have disputed it with my credit card company. She needs to be put out of business since this is the complaint revieved most. I am going to look into her business license and take this as far as I can. She has scammed way to many people.

Well, my wife finally got her bonnets, today, a month and a half after ordering. They STUNK to high heaven when the package was opened. They had to go straight to the wash (should have anyway) to get the stench out of our bedroom and a deodorant spray had to be sprayed. I don't know how these are manufactured, but another way needs to be found. My mail even stunk like the bonnets after being in the box for only 5 minutes. I can only imagine what the mail carrier's vehicle smells like.

Bottom line, order the KEYP Asleep Bonnet from Canada and you will get it faster without the smell. I ordered it after these said shipped and didn't move for a week. I got it BEFORE these two.

I placed and order on 2/25/26..it's now 3/04/26 I have an order number,but no tracking number,I've messaged about a million times already,even had a go with some AI crap,no body will return an email..I feel like I should have had some type of into on this order,I better not get scammed on this stuff or imma be so mad..I ordered these for my daughter's..let's see if I actually get them

My order eventually arrived after waiting 32 days and teh shipping charges being inflated n checkout, with no ability to review or cancel and they were described as satin, which they were definitely not. Since when has satin sat upright.

My experience sounds similar to most. Ordered 1/1/26. 1/14/26 reached out via the chat on the website. 1/15/26, a shipping label was created. 1/21, still not dropped off with USPS. 1/22, sent a chat: Either refund, ship, or I go to the BBB. By end of day 1/22 there is finally some activity. USPS is showing delivery 1/26/26. It will be interesting to see what I actually get.

I wish I had done my research before the purchase.

She responded and offered me a refund, I opted for the bonnet and let her know the information from shop was not any good. Hopefully I get the bonnet. I will write an updated review if and when the package comes in the mail.

Have not received my order and contact info for ‘shop’ is inaccessible. Cannot contact anyone and am out 30 bucks

I ordered a bonnet for my daughter December 7, and it was just received today, Jan 3. I emailed the company twice and attempted to message them through Instagram to find out what was taking so long with my order and got no response at all. I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered 4 bonnets on November 29, 2025. I never received a tracking number until 2 days before the package arrived. I had reached out to CC Mink on multiple platforms, with no response. On December 27, 2025, my package arrived. Instead of 4 bonnets, I received only one, and not a color I ordered. I am very disappointed in their communication and delivery. I have been duped. I paid $60 with only 1 bonnet of the wrong color to show for it.

I want to be helpful but it's very hard with how my order has been handled. I ordered on the 8th of December and as of the 24th it still hasn't been shipped. Even with all of the constant emails to the company and customer service, I get the typical responses..."we're very busy, be patient, blah, blah, blah". Now, for the last 4 days, it says the post office has been informed my package is ready to go but they're still waiting on CC Mink to give it to them to process. I'm pretty upset as it obviously isn't going to get there by Christmas. I ordered from someone in Canada 2 weeks ago and received it 6 days later.
Anyway, I would hope that the company would update their website to include a "ship by schedule" to insure delivery by Christmas. Very disappointed in this company. I follow her on Instagram and love her content but ordering from her company has been a nightmare. Won't make this mistake again.

Do not order from this woman. I ordered November 24th and just got my bonnet on December 22. The only reason she sent it is because so many of us were complaining on Facebook. Go look at the Facebook group Cc mink hair scam. They told me I would get a wrong order and guess what....I did. So, it took a month and I still didn't get the bonnet I paid for. She doesnt answer questions and doesnt care about what you paid for. She uses God and unity to make money off of Facebook. Do not order from her. Shes scammed hundreds of people. Also if you need proof, just go look at the cc mink scam group. Plenty of proof there.
