I paid a £15 premium to have the champagne delivered on a specific date . Whilst the champagne was delivered promptly it caused a problem as it was supposed to be a surprise to be delivered on a day I knew my son would be in.

Resposta da ChampagneDirect.co.uk
Dear Jean,
Thank you for your feedback following your recent order.
To confirm, your order was placed on Wednesday 25 March 2026.
At the online checkout, you chose the Nominated Day delivery option and selected a delivery date of Thursday 26 March 2026.
Our delivery partner, DPD, duly delivered the parcel on Thursday 26 March 2026, in line with the delivery instructions you provided at 09:11 on the morning of delivery.
It looks like this may be a case of user error - where you inadvertently selected the wrong delivery date at the online checkout.
Thank you once again for your order.
Best regards, ChampagneDirect.co.uk

Excellent service
A very expensive and special bottle of champagne was perfectly packed and safely delivered in person, as expected. Inside was a description of the contents as well as advice on how to store it.
