Chancellors were fantastic
I had an exceptional experience working with Chad from Chancellors and Charlotte was fantastic. From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. They always kept me well-informed throughout the entire process, ensuring I understood every step along the way. Their flexibility with arranging viewings was a standout—they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, making the process stress-free.

My appointment to view went smoothly and the form in order to apply came through by email a few hours later. The application process is quite straightforward and now I just have to complete it and wait to see if my application is successful.

Good experience renting a house

A Company of Disappointment
A Company of Disappointment
This agency is extremely unprofessional and shows no care for tenants. The maintenance team is terrible – our bedroom ceiling and walls had mold, even after they claimed to clean it. We were given a broken bed that hasn’t been replaced, causing back issues. The hot water taps have no water in them. It took them three weeks to provide an inventory and to book a plumber, despite constant reminders. They didn’t clean the house before we moved in, only doing so after we were already there. After years of renting, this has been our worst experience.
The landlord is very unresponsive too.
