Very responsive and with clear information. Amy is very helpful.

Natalia was very professional. She answered our questions and had good knowledge of the property. Any questions she couldn't answer she found the answer for us and called us a few days later which was greatly appreciated. She let us take our time to explore the flat and was not pushy for the sale which we have had when looking at other properties in the past.

I would definitely recommend Chancellor’s in Henley on Thames if you’re looking to sell or buy a property. They are super professional, friendly and helpful and have a great feedback service from prospective buyers if you are selling a property. Natalia is dealing with the sale of our house and nothing is too much trouble, calls are returned really promptly and she has gone out of her way to find the right buyer for our house. Excellent service.

My negotiator was great- very polite, enthusiastic and able to point out the positive features of the houses I viewed. She also phoned before to check that I was still wanting to view the properties.
She had not visited the houses before as was working in a different area to normal and was unable to give much background info on the house such as previous offers, etc. I feel that Chancellors could of helped both myself and the negotiator by giving her the opportunity to view the houses and be fully briefed before the viewing.
