Rhian showed us a house in Portsmouth. She was very professional, friendly, on time. We are now handling the processing of renting and we hope everything will go through OK.

A massive thank you to Gary Hansford, who was absolutely instrumental in getting us to the finish line. Throughout the entire process, he was proactive, professional, and excellent at keeping both myself and the buyer in the loop. He constantly chased solicitors and pushed the case along to ensure there were no unnecessary delays. It made a stressful time so much easier. It's also the second time I've used Charters Estate agent for the sale of my property, I highly recommended Charters!

From my very first enquiry through to passing all of my checks, Nikola has been absolutely outstanding. Charters were the estate agent for the house that I am purchasing. They have handled the process without issue from start to finish. Jo in particular has kept me updated and has been easily reachable and responsive. She helped resolve a particular issue we had with timescales, and overall her management of the matter has made it that little bit less stressful!

I first viewed with charters in Havant and Luke and his team have been brilliant never a problem when I needed to view always very happy to help they have been amazing and would highly recommend Luke and his team in the Havant office.
