My labrador loves this ball! It's lasted the long time against any other toy, and he loves to chew!
Recommend this ball, it's still in one piece!!

We bought the dog a toy and in the inner portion went bad after a period of time. The company stepped up and sent us a new inner mechanism for the ball at no charge to us. I would recommend and buy their product again at any time.

I bought a Cheerble Wicked Ball SE - a "smart ball" with an internal motor and battery to see what my dog would do with it. She LOVES it and plays with it, bouncing around and charging it. It's so fun to watch.
Sadly it died, so I reached out to Cheerble and Elaine from customer service was apologetic offering clear instructions on how they could help. The SE was out of stock, but she checked inventory and offered a replacement with an upgraded model, the PE. It arrived, I charged it and Florence is back in action again.

Such a great product! We got the ball that they make and my dog goes wild for it! She typically is only interested in a new toy for a couple of minutes but this toy she wants to play with all day! The ball they make is re-chargeable which is super nice. Also, you can replace the foam outer shell which is great.

I participated in the Kickstarter campaign for this and never received my product. Will adjust rating if I ever receive it.

My cats adore their water fountain. Even though I ordered the incorrect replacement filters, Cheerble have been unbelievably accommodating in helping me with getting the correct ones. Thank you guys this is really awesome.

We have been huge fans of your product and purchased our first one December 2024. The ball was perfect and just the right size for our 2 year old golden doodle Alfie and the material was practically indestructible. It’s just big enough that he can hold it in his mouth to play fetch with us but can’t get a good grip on it to damage the outer shell.
He’s been playing with it for 2 years and there is barely a mark on it! The three modes really keep him guessing what it’s going to do next! It is the perfect dog toy and worth every penny!

I initially saw an ad for this product on Instagram and immediately placed an order for my pup. Shipping was quick and when I received the Wicked Ball Air, my dog could not be happier! The ball keeps him entertained and active when I dont have time, and even better, the ball rolls itself out from under tables so I dont have to crouch down. Looking forward to buying more toys from Cheerble and I recommend giving it a try!

Bought a Cheerble cat toy ball from the local pet store and our 3 cats (ages 1-7) loved it! The battery unfortunately didn't 6 months, but the customer support, Elaine, was quick to respond via email and helped to troubleshoot the problem! Elaine was great!

Cheerble Smart Interactive Dog Toy, Wicked Ball Rolly, for my Great Pyrenees mix. She came to me as a stray and after some time searching for her owner, SHE decided she was going to stay. After trying to run her off a few times, came home and found her laying on my porch. She is a handful older puppy and a lot, but sweet. I thought this Interactive toy would help with jumping, biting and just being a puppy. Well she absolutely adores this thing. She was fully focused on us at all times and now when she has this she just keeps an eye on us. She knows when it is charging on the counter as she tries to jump up to get it. It charges in a few hours and I love the red to green light to let me know when she can get her baby back. It keeps a good charge and keeps her focus, but even when it’s not charged she still plays with it. It’s great that when inactive in 30 minutes it will wake itself back up again and start moving and barking. It’s not another dog to play with, it’s the next best thing!

This moving mouse toy keeps cats busy and active. It changes direction on its own and avoids obstacles, with a light-up nose that grabs attention. There are two play modes, one for high-energy cats and one for shy or older ones. It even beeps if stuck or low on battery. Easy to clean wheels. My cats love chasing it around.

Great customer service! Very quick to respond

This is truly the best Cat fountain I have found… My cat loves it. I had a problem with my first one, but the customer service sent me a replacement one.
I actually think it was just the rechargeable cord and not the unit.
But nonetheless great customer service and this is an amazing cat fountain that requires very little upkeep. Never an issue with slime like my old pump one… This one has no pump and it’s brilliant in design. Please keep making these for years to come!

I love this product. My mini schnauzer is blind and this toy gives her such incredible mental and physical stimulation, she is exhausted after a few minutes and she is obsessed with it. The service from the team is exceptional, they respond to queries immediately and I couldn’t rate their service any higher. Thank you all, definitely get one of these, your floof will thank you!

Great products which my dogs love and EXCELLENT customer service. I had a query regarding some confusion around something. I asked a question on the website and very quickly I had a reply from a lovely lady named Elaine Chen. She solved my confusion immediately and helped me to fix a mistake I had made! She was fantastic - I couldn’t have asked for more. Well done to both Elaine and Cheerble :-)

I ordered the Wicked Ball PE and realized that the material was too hard for my dog. Additionally, if you have a small dog, it may be too heavy for them. I contacted the company to request a replacement with a different product. They kindly offered to send the new item free of charge and told me I didn’t need to return the original one, which I thought was an excellent solution.

I decided to give the Wicked Ball Rolly a try after seeing an ad. I can for sure say, it is the best dog toy I have ever bought.
The Wicked Ball Rolly stimulates my dogs for such a long time, they look forward to their play time with the Wicked Ball Rolly every day!
Every time we bring it out they get super excited and it occupies them for such a long time.

I purchased a wicked ball. Best cat toy, nothing better. The way it moves like a mouse along with the fast speed keeps,my cat entertained, she never gets bored. It malfunctioned after about a month but the customer service promptly shipped me a replacement. I also own an m3 cheerable ball, its worked fine for over a year. Sometimes I put it under a blanket or some brown wrapping paper to make an exciting game for the,cat.
