Slow delivery, good product

Slow delivery, but everything got here after about month.

As soon as the ball started moving our cat went crazy for it.

Defective, "too late" for a refund

Edit 2: the replacement ball arrived today and it's working perfectly, so I'm changing my rating to 5 stars. Thank you Cheerble for your trust and for the comb as well. My cat is very happy and chasing the Ice ball throughout the room as I'm writing this edit.

Edit after seeing Cheerble's answer: I did as you said and just submitted a ticket. If you could indeed send me another Ice-cream ball that's working properly that would be perfect, thank you. (Could you please check if it's working before sending it?) If you give me an email adress where I can send you a file via WeTransfer, I will be able to show you a video I made, proving the ice-cream ball wasn't working at all, despite being fully charged according to the green light.

I ordered a second ball from Cheerble in October (Halloween sale). The first one was still working fine but I wanted to gift my cat a different one for Christmas. Well: that second ball turned out to be defective, it didn't work at all. No return/refund was possible, as I've been told by the customer service team when I contacted them (as soon as I realized there was a problem): "outside the refund window". They offered me to... place a new order! As if I felt like throwing away even more money...! The ball ended up in the dumpster (no refund, no return possible = no reason to keep it). I guess it's partly my fault: I shouldn't have waited till Christmas before checking if it worked; it's definitely a bad idea to blindly trust any company just because a previous purchase went well.
I won't be buying anything from that website again: the products are too expensive for taking any chances and I definitely don't have enough money to keep wasting it on things that might or might not work.
If you purchase anything from Cheerble please make sure the product is working properly AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT. Even if it's meant to be a gift for someone else's pet: open it, put the USB charger in it, try it. So you won't have the very disappointing experience I had.

Delivery never came

I was waiting for the delivery today to give to my friend’s dog for Christmas. When I got the alert that it was delivered. I immediately checked outside. No package AT ALL on my front porch. Checked my mailbox, the nearby surroundings, and I even asked my neighbors. Nothing. Cheerble also doesn’t provide a reliable way of contacting customer support. Can’t even get a refund, since the company very conveniently doesn’t have a formal way of reporting issues with delivery other than emailing “customer support”. I’ve noticed they’re very quick to blame the courier and say that they hold zero responsibility of any situations such as this. Honestly, this was an absolute waste of time and money. At this point, the company only care about sucking money out of its buyers instead of ensuring customer satisfaction.

Scammers!

Cheerble are brilliant Kickstarter scammers. They raised over $380,000 for an innovatively-designed cat water bowl in September of 2021. At the time, estimated shipping date was January 2022. It's now August 2022, and they are still asking people to pay $25 extra just to ship a product they've already paid a premium for (the "super early bird" price was $99, which is a LOT for a water bowl, especially if you're low-income) that they STILL have no estimated shipping date for, almost a year later. They're also asking you to pay extra for things that should be included, like water filters, which are $12 each. Many backers have lost hope that this project will ever come to fruition, and the company even acknowledged this fact in its latest backer update.
They are refusing refunds, even to customers who have waited so long for this that their pets have passed away. Of course we understand that Kickstarter is not a store, but that does not mean that there should be no consequences for defrauding people and stealing their money. I would not do business with this company in the future and would warn others to avoid them as well.

Thank you so much for backing the project for us on Kickstarter. We would like to reiterate that we've never said Drinkie is going to be a FAIL even though it truly has been delayed for over half a year. Over the past few months, around the durability issues that we found in the pre-production, there have been three rounds of solutions including the 2 versions of ceramic valve design, tipping dish design, silicone plug design, etc. Fortunately, these problems are now well resolved and there won't be burdens ahead the mass production. Regarding the shipping charge, it was clearly stated on the campaign page that the pledge did not include the shipping fee which depended on where your location was and would be charged in the fulfillment survey. As for the water filter, actually, you don't need a filter to use Drinkie because it was a clean & waste water separate design. The add-on filter is only for softening hard water, which some backers really need but others else don't. Again, we completely understand your frustration as you really can't blame anyone else but us for the fulfillment delay. Drinkie is our first project of exploring a new way to keep our pets, though we have successfully fulfilled four projects since 2018, which made us unduly confident in formulating the original timeline. Still, Drinkie won't be a dead project to Cheerble, and there will be monthly updates one after another till everyone receives his/her reward.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! The team never helped me out regarding my order issue and ignored my emails. Do not believe what they write here as there will never be email replied. No order received and no refund.

Update:

The buyer raised a chargeback to the credit card company with the reason of Fraudlent. We provided all the information about the delivery including the 5 shipping labels, screenshots of customer interactions (consent on the shipping address before the fulfillment, and communication about the 'missing packages'), and additional information proving that the order was placed by the cardholder. The bank reviewed all the materials and finally decided to side with us on Nov 7th.

Very good customer service and entertaining articles

There was a problem when the delivery of my item but the after sales service did not hesitate at all to send me a new one as soon as possible. I am waiting for this one and am looking forward to playing with my cats.
I was able to see it at a friend's house and clearly the product is quality and well thought out. Her cat is crazy about it.
I hope mine will too.

Great Products, Great Website - Would Highly Recommend Cheerble

The product I purchased (KittySpring water bowl) was actually exactly like pictured and worked wonderfully. The website is also very well designed where once I purchased the item, it was very easy to keep track of my item and see where it was at all times. Also if customer service is emailed, they would write back in a prompt manner.

Entertaining toy

My dog definitely enjoyed the toy! He didn't quite get the hang of it and doesn't use it how he's supposed to, but he stays interested in it. He basically just sits there with it sitting in his mouth vibrating and then randomly lets it go. My friend's dog though very much enjoyed the toy when I let them borrow it!

The whole fur family loves it!

I ordered the board game for my cats and the wicked ball for my dogs. They are all obsessed with their toys! I thought my shy dog might be scared of the ball, but he absolutely loves it and goes crazy every time I get it out and turn it on. The cats love napping and playing with their board game and ball! Great job cheerble and thank you!

Cheerble is for cats!

I have purchased kitty springs through Cheerble and the experience has been exceptional! First, the kitty spring is a truly great water system for cats of all ages. Second, the customer service I received was phenomenal. They foresaw a delay in delivery and promptly reached out to me to keep me in the loop, and honestly my product arrived in time anyway. Excellent products and team!

Great product and service

First off this company is awesome. I mistakingly bought the wrong size and they have been very fast in responses and understanding. As for the product it’s also amazing. My pets love it. It’s easy to charge, holds a charge for awhile, has simple settings, and keeps my pets occupied when I don’t always have the time to. I love it and most importantly they do too.

Stars in this review more reflective of reimbursement offer than recommendation. It does what it says it'll do, unfortunately, what it says it will do is not what was actually portrayed in the video ad. Basically it jiggles every so often and makes an angry whirring noise. Very infrequently it will do a slow meander that can not move on carpet. Three different dogs ages 1, 4, and 10 all ignored it completely over the course of the week we've had it.

So fun

My cats love this ball. They play with it all the time. They like chasing it. They have fun all day long. I love watching them. I also.live how easy it is to charge and that it is smart so it doesn't get stuck under furniture. Great product!

Fast Customer Services and Great Inovation

I found Cheerable while looking at a Kick Starter campaign for a water foundation. While waiting for the future water foundation I found their cheerable ball an interesting toy for my 5 months old kitten.

Upon my order I had put in the address incorrect and reached out to customer care service and I got a response right away for the update. I also experienced battery issued with the received product and a replacement product was sent to me in timely matter. I am waiting for more innovative product from Cheerable because my kitten is fan.
