Don’t order anything from here. Paid for two items. Only one arrived. Communication prolonged and abrupt. Still no refund.

After 4 weeks my order has not been received.
The past 10 days I have phoned initally and told it would be sorted that day but was not, left an answerphone message and sent two emails.
I have had no response so far since my account was debited.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, have been sent a tracking number that doesn't work. Long replies and when they do they say it has been sent when it clearly hasn't. Asked for a refund but no reply. Please don't buy from here

Jeez, where to start, send wrong meds, rude on the phone when complained! Will not use EVER!

Sent me the wrong medication, did not respond to enquiry email sent. I am housebound and rely on pharmacy help by post, never had this issue before with any other place

Ordered competitively priced pharmacy medication online. Order placed on Sunday. Left a voicemail Tuesday to check delivery method. No response, however the following morning received a Royal Mail tracking reference. Delivery received this morning (Thursday) all okay. Thank you.

Product and delivery was slightly cheaper than other sites. However, there was no link to track the order, emails were ignored, and phone number is always busy. No idea if I will get my order. Is it a scam?

Company claimed product delivered but it wasn't received. Unwilling to sort out and very poor communications

No delivery, no reply to emails, no answer on phone. Waste of time and money. AVOID. If there was a zero star available that would be my choice. Waited weeks for medicine and nothing.

The product contained a number of ingredients that weren't on the listing and when I asked for a refund they told me they weren't obliged to list ingredients they didn't consider 'active' and invited me to speak to a pharmacist about any ingredients I was worried about. Completely ignored my repeated requests to return the product for a refund. Avoid.
