First of all I work for chipotle and these reviews are very interesting I want everyone to know when you are complaining about portions that is coming from the higher ups it has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE EMPLOYEES my general manager will literally sit on the line with me that’s to much or that’s to little but y’all are being greedy as well chipotle pays us very little and humans don’t have ducking basic manners like being on your goddamn phone when I ask you what can I get for and get mad at me cuz I messed up on something like I’m a mind reader trust me baby if I was a mind reader I would not be working at chipotle. Then y’all act like we are robots and are supposed to not get a drink or take a tiny break or something. Sometimes I be thinking whoever raised y’all didn’t do a good job cuz y’all are rude and nasty and entitled with y’all big backs ass y’all don’t need to be worrying about nothing but y’all health cuz the amount of people I get everyday asking for extra rice is ridiculous. Then y’all get mad when we are out of things listen if the line is to the door I don’t have time to make anything we are trying to get you out of there so we give it to online. Online is our top priority because they didn’t come into the store to see what we had and it’s not fair that they don’t have what they paid for and I completely understand that you are a paying customer as well but we do everything from scratch and that’s why they do it in the morning. We do not get paid enough, let me say that again we do not get paid enough to put a smile on our face and serve you food we don’t get paid for that this is not a five star restaurant if you want want high quality service go somewhere else. Stop telling us you will be contacting corporate for one WE DO NOT CARE for two there is no corporate again CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL DOES NOT HAVE A CORPORATE you look dumb. Last thing stop thinking that we need y’all guess what if you decide today that it is your last day I am still going to get paid regardless if you buy that bowl or not this is not commission job if chipotle only made $10 today that has nothing to do with me or my coworkers chipotle still has to pay us either way babes. Winter Garden, FL 34787, I went to buy some food for my family at 10:00 pm after work as their profile shows they are open until 11:00 pm, but the employees refused to give food. They said they are not selling anymore at 10:00 pm. Then I went to Chipotle in Winter Garden Village on Daniels Road, the employee said they would give me food and I got food.
The employees in West Colonial Drive Chipotle are not interested in business even after a customer comes there to buy. Those employees should be removed for being lazy to work. Daniels Road, Winter Garden, fl 34787 should be rewarded for behaving humanely.

Ordering through Chipotle app is a scam

I order online a lot because im usually busy with something but every time I do a Chipotle online order they give me half the meat they would if I show up in person and when you go in person it’s not enough meat to begin with. at one point one of my coworkers asked me why would I order a bowl with no meat in it? to which my reply was “I did ordered meat, it had like 5 single squares of chicken“ it’s ridiculous, why even have the app when I have to show up in person anyways to make sure I’m not getting scammed? people pay for it so stop hugging the ingredients. The portions are too small already, it’s a bowl full of rice.

CHIPOTLE DOESN'T NEED YOU!

I was in Del Mar recently and had a misfortune of knowing the Chipotle branch 2710 Via De La Valle, Del Mar, CA 92014.
We ordered online and there was a problem with their online ordering when we got to the ranch. There were others had the same problem. The manager called "Avalena" couldn't be bothered to help people waiting. She really doesn't belong there. Any attitude like that in the UK would be immediate dismissal/sacking of the person involved. I told her that Chipotle without customers is nothing you should help and see what the customers want and need, and what is wrong, instead she replied "CHIPOTLE DOESN'T NEED YOU"!

Absolutely outrages! What manager of a company is so destructive of the company he/she works for?

If Chipotle wants to eradicate all these negative reviews and feedbacks then start by reading these reviews and do something about it. You have a terrible reputation for customers services. IF (capital IF) anyone reading these reviews at Chipotle had two vertebrae that resembles something like a spine, the first thing to do is to check the CCTV of the day and the attitude and behaviour of the manager Avalena. The second is to check with the staff. I have absolutely no doubt that they will have something to say about the manager.

She is just awful as a person and as a useless/destructive manager to say Chipotle doesn't need you! Utterly ignorant! Train them so that you will not have the lousy reputation you are currently enjoying to have. Just look at the negative reviews here!

I recently placed an online order via the Chipotle website. I, like many customers, was in need of the quality food that Chipotle is known for. The order I placed was a lunch order. I placed my order well ahead of time and utilized the convenience of online ordering to ensure that I could pick up my order quickly. I had a hungry working crew who needed lunch and I didn't want to keep them waiting. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told by the manager, Avalena, that they had not received my order. I tried to show Avalena proof of my order on my phone - my credit card had been charged! Avalena just hastily walked away and told me that I needed to resubmit my order - all without an explanation. As I sat down re-order, a couple of other folks told me that they also had an online order and Avalena told them that they never received their order. I learned that instead of being honest with the customers and telling them that perhaps there are technical difficulties with the online ordering system, she claimed that all of the Chipotle customers never sent in orders. While I was in the process of trying to place another order, I tried to ask  Avalena questions regarding the fact that my credit card had been charged - I was wondering how Chipotle would handle this situation. I couldn't believe that Avalena would not even try to answer any questions as she rudely walked away and began helping others. During this process when I tried to approach her regarding my order she told me that we (all the online order customers) need to leave. She then told us "Chipotle doesn't need you". Believe me when I say I was not the only one who was flabbergasted and insulted by her rude comments, the entire store was sharing my sentiment. I do hope that this letter reaches the local owners or someone at Chipotle. If I were an owner of such an establishment (and I have owned and run a restaurant), I would definitely want to know if my customers were treated in such a nasty fashion. Her words are still ringing in my ears..."Chipotle doesn't need you!".

Hispanic woman at register was very…

Hispanic woman at register was very rude and hateful. I ordered on my app and had a free guac and she told me to get in line behind 15 people. Also, I got the chicken bowl. It had literally 8 cubes of chicken on it. Very disappointed today Winter Haven Location.

My Chipotle in Covington

My Chipotle in Covington, GA is amazing. They boast a 100 on their Environmental Health Inspection. They were staffed very well and everyone working with the food wore gloves. The whole time I was eating someone was cleaning every surface, nook, and cranny. This place is tops!

charging more and giving less

charging more and giving less, burritos are about 15% less in size. Ridiculous, people stood by them with all there issues and they treat them like dollar signs. Never again will I or my friends will ever go in. I recommend everyone stop going until they treat people right. remember they need us more than we need them.

Horrible customer service

Their customer service is horrible. There are long waits in line while they take care of the online orders first. They give you small portions, and the employees are very unfriendly.

Dangerous cutlery

I went to the Chipotle at the O2 and the burrito bowl was great however the useless wooden spoons that they provide to eat the food are horrible. It was rough and left a horrible splinter in my gum which swelled up and took days to recover. Be very careful with those

Chipotle has severely decreased in quality and the customer service is god awful. The website doesn't work properly and if you want to use your rewards, BEWARE because once you click on it and then change your mind and delete it, the rewards don't return to you. I've been in constant contact with their customer service in the past when my delivery order on MULTIPLE occasions was completely wrong and they always had such a difficult time rectifying the situation and or returning my money to me that I don't even plan to reach out about the rewards issue because I value my sanity. Also the BOT on the website is garbage. It asks you the same questions over and over and refuses to take you to a customer service REP.

Never again

First, I was a weekly Chipotle customer, it's been a few years since I've visited.

Today my girlfriend asked where would I like to go for dinner, I replied Chipotle (knowing she doesn't like Chipotle). To my surprise, she said YES...? Anyways, we arrived and was totally in shock what I saw;

1. Loud f'king music.
2. Dirty environment.
3. Depressed/non-enthusiastic staff.
4. The food was terrible. The guac was florescent green!
5. $27+ for crappy experience.

Way to go Chipotle with your WOKE, D.E.I. idealogy. Needless to say, we will never-ever visit another Chipotle!

There seemed to be a language barrier…

There seemed to be a language barrier and the ordering process was very unpleasant. I realized they hadn’t put beef in my burrito despite me asking right at the start and when I questioned it they said it cost extra. They asked us if we were ‘taking away’ to which we replied we wanted to ‘eat in’, we were told we could not eat in because they had started cleaning the seating area in preparation to close. This was approx 10pm on a Saturday night. The closing time is 11pm. Why did they ask?
