Used to love Chopstix and frequent the visit to their establishment in Cardiff when I lived there so when they came to Hull, I was excited and at first, I was not disappointed. I became an easy regular but one week randomly ordering the same food for the same price, I received half the portion size. Chopstix has always been a little steep but I didn't mind because you got plenty of food with the portion control but suddenly it was near half. I tried them two more times and both times it was this half measure. It's clear this is just the way now. Their food tastes good but at those prices with this new reduced portion size? It's just not good enough. They've lost me as a regular and I hardly ever buy it any more. The fast food industry is far too competitive to be playing games being stingy with portion sizes.

No sweet and sour chicken anymore wtf is that all about. Its now vegan and not meat. Won't bother again and realy loved it before that

I usually enjoy a treat but being informed everything is now vegan so no real chicken or meat is pathetic. This is not acceptable being forced to go down the woke route and the choice being removed from the individual.
Whatever woke muppet came up with forcing their own agenda on to others needs to be removed.
This is unacceptable in modern society what’s next vegetarian only ( ‘O’ wait it is )
People should have a choice this will backfire.
I am currently on a haven site and the staff are having to tell customers that everything is vegan and people are walking away.

Me and my mum came in as a change from out normal lunch. We went to the one in braehead. We weren’t disappointed. The staff and the food was excellent. Big props to Daniel and Alex for how friendly and welcoming they were. Place was spotless too, we’ll be back

I am deeply disappointed by the staff at this branch. On Saturday, I went in with my young son who was in absolute distress and desperately needed to use the toilet. Despite me pleading with the staff and explaining that he was a little child who couldn't hold it, the staff looked me dead in the eye and refused us access, stating it was for customers only. Because of their complete refusal to show an ounce of basic human kindness to a bursting 4 years old child, my son ended up having an accident right outside while we rushed back to the mall. Totally heartless behavior from the team working today. Families with young children should beware.

The roast potatoes that use to be given have been swappped for cheap wedges, also seems to be less veg in the noodles. Price has gone up and quality has gone down. I won't be going there again.

Very disappointed with both chopstick and trustpilot, I’ve emailed chopsticks and have had no reply, but when you enter an establishment verbal abuse from the staff because you ask if they serve non-halal meat is not acceptable and to have a comment removed by trap pilot for this very reason is also unacceptable. I’m merely highlighting the fact that I’m very disappointed that they do not sell non-halal meat, but I shouldn’t be targeted or receive verbal abuse from their staff

AVOID got a takeaway upon delivery and opening the food was very cold the salt and pepper potatoes was rock hard looks like been sat from morning to evening the chickybites was same they was part order missing it made me physically sick you can't get hold of the place nor does just eat doing anything I've photographed evidence to show state of the food disgusting isn't even close to say how bad it was

We stopped at Abington Services. May even be better than some of Chinese restaurants we've visited and for much less. OK, you pay services prices, but pricing comparable with a Burger King but the food is much better and keeps you fuller for longer.

Matt at the peterborough city center resturant delivered a sensational service, myself and another were immidiately met with a fresh smile and good sense of humor! What a way to enjoy a meal! Would recommend.

Amazing customer service from Matt, went in late into the evening and he offered to get anything we needed sorted and had great recommendations. Food was excellent and had a good variety, would highly recommend to anyone looking to dine out.

Went to chopstix overgate dundee. Received a ladleful of noodles, small piece of pumpkin and couple tablespoons of curry sauce. It was cold and cost £ 7.50 to take away. Absolutely disgusting considering many are struggling financially. Never go back.

The egg Fried rice was very appalling, it was bland and tasted on par with those microwaveable fried rice packs, Ive definitely had better. katsu chicken strips were very dry but tasted good, though the firecracker chicken & salt and pepper chicken were perfect, they tasted very nice.

I went to this establishment earlier in the day and was shocked by the level of disrespect and rudeness by a member of staff. Cocky and arrogant are the perfect words to describe this woman. And to top it off I had asked for curry sauce and she put a teaspoon worth of it on. Not to mention the food was awful and uncooked anyways. Wouldn’t feed it to the dogs. This was in Doncaster frenchgate.

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed. The food was extremely salty and didn’t live up to all the hype. I was expecting something much better based on the reviews, but it just wasn’t enjoyable at all.

I went in just for quick food, the food is awesome and I get it often. The service however... The guy clearly did not want to be working, he asked me what size etc, that was fine. It was at the end where the guy threw my food down, asked if I wanted a bag, when I said no thank you, he sighed and put the bag back very passive aggressively. He also didnt close the box or anything so I had to close the box and pick it up to take out with me. I thought his attitude was horrendous and I don't know whether it's because I looked young that he came to the conclusion that I didn't deserve the same level of service he was giving other customers but it was distasteful and rude.
