Their offers are scam-like.
I asked for the £2.99 offer advertised on the board. Ended up paying £20 at the register for 2 of us 😂. The cashier started to get argumentative when I questioned it. I sat eating my meal trying to figure the offer out with no luck. Food is mediocre because it sits on heat for too long. Offers are deceitful. Won't be going there again

I ordered 3 hours ago the most awful nodels in my life It really made me gagging and feeling sick because of the awful smell of burn it's not the first time this happened
It was 4 topping and the Nodels and chicken all are burnt 🤮
It ended in the bin I will never eat again at this place 🤮🤮

BATTERY was served in my meal. Asked manager who said they don’t use those AAA batteries on site. Contacted Head office but no response after 10 days and chasing up.Could have killed or poisoned someone if they weren’t lucky enough like me to notice it. No explanation or contact from company. BEWARE of contaminated food. Hope Food standards Agency can investigate to prevent recurrence.

I have emailed them twice still not got a reply and i know they got it as got a delivered receipt. email below.

On Sunday 1st of December 2024 3 days ago, I went to chopstix noodle bar at Birchanger services on M11 at 5:50pm, I am a hgv driver so use your places a lot on the motorways, I was on my way to London with my wife so stopped there to get some food, I ordered 2 large ones 3 toppings, when I got them I said to the lady they are not large they look small she said to me there are only one size it’s how many topping you get ?
So I just sat down and started to eat, when I finished I noticed I could not fit the folk in the box like I always do when I finish, so went back up there and spoke to the bloke in the orange top as the other two had red ones on, I explained this to him that I always put the folk in the empty box ? his reply was we only have these boxes ? so I said your ripping people off his reply was all the boxes hold the same amount of food, he would not have it that a bigger box held more food.

The most friendly and kind person I have met. Best service I have ever received.. I really hope Claudia and her manager see this and commend her for her fabulous attitude

Her colleagues Maria and Andrew were also super friendly

The whole experience was 10/10. I had a really stressful day at work and nipped in to get some spring rolls and they honestly lifted my spirit so much with their smiles

Got my order delivered! And most of it was missing!!! Not happy, when I called the restaurant they said there is nothing they can do. Won't be ordering again

Accidentally dropped my food right after paying and I was dismissed by a member of staff who saw this happen, another member of staff kindly assisted me with this by giving me my order again - great service from her!

Had a really fresh meal,best I've ever had out of Chopsticks. Lovely friendly and helpful staff.. Service station close to the M74.. Bigger, Scotland.

Stopped at Membury services, food looked very appetising. Was asked twice by both staff whilst looking at the menu if we were ready to order and they heard us say no we are just looking but still they asked twice. Food wasn't very warm I have my doubts it meets the minimum 75° food safety?standard.
The female server was really trying the hard sell and felt we were not listened too. Did split the toppings into different boxes which was nice though
Overall it was ok but not very hot.

Just had a great lunch. Very generous portions and were given some free chicken and spring rolls as we placed a big order. We tried a few different dishes and they were all fresh and tasty. Will definitely be coming back again.

The Chopstix at Membury Services westbound is excellent. The staff are always polite and friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious. Great coffee too!

Brought some noodles from the cribbs causeway store on the Sunday 13th oct. I got home and started eating in one of the caramel chicken pieces and found a bone inside the chicken. Its put me right off eating there. I get food from there all the time but not anymore

The branch near the Tottenham Court Road tube station is my go to place.

Absolutely appauling customer service was served by lola at Baker st branch who said i couldn't get my welcome 5 spring rolls as it was a franchise and that i should have read the terms and conditions in advance!! She spoke to me in a disgusting manner and when the food was put in the bag she put it back into the counter which is shocking from hygiene point of view and I will be contacting health authorities over the companies hygiene rating !! It never says anywhere about this branch that I cannot to get the 5 spring roles !!!!!! And I will not be spoken to In that manner ! Absolutely appauling !!

That dreadful moment when you order from the menu and what you receive is nothing like it.
Our meal was cold, burnt and tasteless.....It was disgusting and un edible for fear of food poisoning.

Lakshmi (sorry if i spelt it wrong) was absolutely amazing, well informed on the menu as well as being super friendly and sweet! she also informed us about the app and just had generally amazing service! food was good, hot and freshly prepared in front of us, as well as being speedy genuinely just great staff and overall great experience (plus the other staff were great too unfortunately i didn't get there names, also is a very clean establishment 10/10)

Hopwood Park Services - new to Chopstix and so pleased we gave it a go! Shasanti served us and was so helpful, (and charming to boot!), talking us through the various options and ensuring we had everything we wanted. Super fast food, tasty and filling and fun!

Horrible experience multiple times, portions are smaller and smaller and they take advantage of people who order via Uber eats by providing almost inedible ‘’food’’.
My last order the apple rolls were burnt to black and smelled horrible, the chicken pieces had bits of bones in it that almost broke my tooth.

Honestly if you’d have asked me 2 years ago I’d have said chopstix is the best of the best fast food. How, probably one of the laziest and most horrible fast food restaurants to go to. Avoid at all costs and definitely do not order via Uber eats.
