Used the Hanley store for the first time last night what a load of rubbish was supposed to be chicken that stuff can't call it food they fed me never seen a feather ever. Save your money go get a can of dog food it would taste better

We went to the Leicester forest east services chopsticks and from the get go, we were met with attitude from a particular male staff, would serve us what we wanted to order, he then proceeds to ignore me while also collecting a too good to go bag at the correct collection time, and tells me he will serve the next customer with attitude, I said well I’m here first so therefore I get served! The attitude from the staff there was horrendous, and apparent lady in charge said she would have a word later! Unfortunately this is very unprofessional and should have taken that member of staff away and continued my order. This will be going further.

Driving home after a long journey, I stopped at Chopstix in Beaconsfield for a meal and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were polite and friendly, especially Jackson and Ingrid. As a first-time visitor, their suggestions were invaluable in helping me choose a dish.

I ended up having the chicken with coconut, which was absolutely perfect. The combination of flavours was delightful, making it the best noodle dish I've ever had.

Thanks to the excellent service and delicious food, I will definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommended!

Chopstix thornwick bay haven is newly opened the staff work so hard and are so friendly and welcoming a big shout out to Owen his service was great and he did all he could to accommodate our family 5*Owen

I've been to the NEC Expo for the last 2 days and when travelling home both times I stopped at ChopStix at Chorley services.

The food and service from the team both times has been great.

Paying special attention to Corey, he is a very professional young man, confident communicator and an expert at customer service.

I don't write 5 star reviews often as I'm somewhat hard to please.

This guy deserves the review.

The fried rice was all stuck together and burned the chicken was like reheats disappointing

I had been offered a free small box for my birthday which I claimed today but the young guy who served me was not customer friendly at all and I wanted to order more items but he didn’t even ask if I wanted anything else and started serving the next customer and when I got to the till they tried to charge me for the free box and had to explain it was a free birthday box and I asked if I could place an order for another large box but the girl told me I need to go back into the queue which was very long so I didn’t bother very disappointed with the service staff all look so miserable and no one evens smiles disgusting customer service I had bad experience there before and chopstick never even apologised for the bad customer service your staff should be re trained and should give better customer service

Amazing. Me and the family love coming here. Ever since I came here on my lunch break, I've never been anywhere since. Great prices and the portion sizes will defeat a Royal Marine (great portion sizes). Staff are very friendly and they have a loyalty scheme too. Very very filling and I guarantee you will want to come back again and again. Restaurant is very modern with a Japanese street twist and the food is absolutely incredible. Cannot recommend enough. I promise you will not feel disappointed.

The meals are always hot and fresh, customer service assistants are always lovely and friendly which makes my experiences worth while.
Today was rose serving and she was a joy.

Visited Chopstix in Peterborough City Centre - delicious food served hot and very tasty. The free 5 x spring rolls for signing up to their app is an added bonus. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend

I am a regular at chopstix in Croydon.i like the food and the staff are friendly. They have changed some of the dishes and the spicy chicken in particular is very tasty.

Avijit and Mukti in particular are very professional in how they deal with customers. They acknowledge regulars which is great for customer service and are always polite.

I went to the newly opened chopstix restaurant in Lincoln!i was excited!I had a free medium box, because it's a new shop!the young people serving the food had gd customer service!they were supposed to give out tickets for the free food,they gave it to cashier,so that was ok!I had caramel drizzle chicken 🍗,1of the nicest food I've ever had!mmmmm!I also had Chinese chicken curry+noodles/rice!you've made my day,thanks,im deffo coming back soon!😃😃

I got the tastiest mini chicken balls and my partner got the caramel/salt and pepper chicken with noodles and rice both meals were very good tasty and affordable

Staff were lovely and polite would 100% here again
