l get my Christmas cards from Christmas Connections every year.
They are beautifully presented, exceptional quality and a great selection to chose from

the cards were delayed. after calling so many times whit no answers the client services were very poor. They didn't bother to call us and to keep us inform of the delay.

Our company have used Christmas Connections for a number of years, usually ordering via our printers. This was the first year we have ordered the cards directly from Christmas Connections.
The quality of the cards is very good, and we prefer to choose the cards that print on a white insert rather than directly onto the card.
It is easy to choose the greeting, font and even the position of everything on the card/insert, which is shown on screen.
Great variety of cards, good quality, quick delivery and well packed. Thank you.

The ordering and approval process was very quick and straightforward. We had an issue with 4 damaged cards. This was resolved very quickly with a reprint of 10 cards. Cannot fault the service we were given.

This request to review reminded me that I do not appear to have received an invoice & on looking at a billing advice, VAT appears to have been added instead of being 'zero rated' under the EU Reverse Charge procedure. I live in Poland. A suitable email has been sent. Otherwise no issues.

Good choice of design with good quality reproduction

I have used Christmas Connections to supply me with my Christmas cards for several years now.Obviously by returning to them again and again I have demonstrated my confidence that they will meet my expectations. i have never been disappointed.

Have used Christmas Connections for some years now. Never had a problem. Effective, efficient and prompt service at all times. Will use again.

Excellent staff who helped right from the beginning and prompt delivery.

I placed an order for 200 Christmas Cards. As soon as I pressed 'ok' I realised an error. I contacted Christmas Connections straight away and was told as I had only just pressed 'ok' they would cancel my order and I should go on line and start again.

Following their advice, this is what I did.

A few weeks later x2 orders arrived, the correct order and the order that was cancelled. After several phone calls I was told that if we returned the order we did not want (at our cost) they would refund our credit card.

We returned the 200 unwanted cards and we are still waiting for our refund. i chased after the Christmas break to be told we would receive a credit note.

Credit note now received but still no refund on the card.

Very poor service.
