Very easy to order and good customr service help on the telephone

Used Christmas Connections for years and although never had a problem I feel the cost per card now is not value. Unless you use a code they issue from time to time my 120 cards worked out at just over £2.10 including VAT and delivery. Personally we will look elsewhere next year to compare.

Excellent quality product from a company whose customer service is exceptional.
I won’t hesitate to order cards again next year and thoroughly recommend this company to anyone,

UPDATE: Replacement cards have been sent free of charge and the logo now blends nicely with the black background. The image is not as sharp as the first batch but you only notice if you look closely.

Easy ordering process, quick delivery and, on the whole, nice Chrsitmas cards but...
1. There was no option to upload a transparent .png of our logo so had to create a .jpg with a black background (to match the background of the card
2. The final cards were delivered with the background of our logo looking charcoal coloured NOT black

Having the .png option would have avoided the problem. We now have to send out cards looking not as professional as we would have liked.

The quality of the card and printing is excellent. The Christmas scene is exactly as depicted on the website....very impressed.

I have found the service offered by Christmas Connections to be excellent. The staff are professional and helpful and the cards are of very good quality.

Do yourself a favour peeps. Order your Christmas cards early and get a 3 day turnaround. Lovely cards. 2nd year of using this excellent company.

Quality, speed of production, general attitude and service cannot be faulted.
Having used the company for many years and chosen many of the designs, I would like to see a few more new ones next year.

Have been using Christmas Connections for some years now and they always give an excellent service.

Arrived even quicker than expected. As usual very professional service and as a returning customer I do not need to resubmit any information. Will be returning as usual next year and highly recommend Christmas Connections for both quality service and product.

Initially a hiccup with availability, however after that excellent service.

Christmas Connection ordering went without hitch - now trying to have my order delivered by a useless incompetent company "DX is a specialist delivery company appointed by CCA for the safe delivery of your order. " What hogwash! My office is in a business complex at Gatwick and twice they have failed to deliver. I suggest that if Christmas Connections wants to keep clients that they change delivery provider. Still no cards!!

Your selection of cards available was excellent and as a result I placed my order with you this year rather than previously with your sister company Art in Design. My cards arrived promptly and exactly as I had requested. Needless to say I am delighted with them
