Fast and easy ordering, fast delivery, all was great. The wife really loves the tiny 5” suction cup dildo. We play “dildo on the shelf” I put it in different spots, and she takes pictures and sends it to her friends.

Ordered something online, found out after it disappeared that they use uninsured shipping.
Since the carrier reported it delivered, I'm out $130 even though it never showed up.
Contacting customer service told me to take the issue up with the mail carrier, who won't do anything because it's uninsured.

Would not use store again.

I received the wrong item that I purchased.

I placed an order for two items. I was later emailed that the order “could not be processed” and that a refund had been issued. I twice (3X?) contacted customer service to see if it was a payment issue (I assumed not since a refund was issued) or if one or both items were out of stock. I just kept getting the same response - could not be processed, order canceled, refund issued. I realize credit card companies sometimes intervene in adult purchases, but again I assume that didn’t happen in my case since a refund was issued. All I wanted to do was get one of the items (if both were not out of stock), or choose a different color, or whatever. However it’s impossible for me to order if I don’t know what “unable to process means.” I don’t want to order again just to have it canceled again. I also tried to contact my local store at the intersection of Post Rd and Washington St but no one ever answered the phone - I was just trying to see if the store had either item in stock. The website says they are open, so why don’t they answer their phone? Just a negative experience. I just wanted to buy a couple of products, why is it so difficult?

Receive a detected product in the mail got in touch with customer service thru email the next day a new product was being shipped out to me arrived 3 days later and also got to keep the defected product as well

One of the items I purchased does not work and no way to return it. Very dissatisfied
