Always helpful at suggestions on where to go and stay, the staff are helpful and polite, their knowledge on places to visit and see is outstanding, they are always available when you need to make any inquiries.

We have been clients of Citalia since our honeymoon trip to Lake Como in 2012. Helen Lippe has always looked after us and treats us as individuals this year she helped us with visiting part of Italy we haven't visited before and we are sure that again the Hotels will be great and arrangements/transfers/trips will all be on time and enjoyable. We would recommend Citalia highly.

Lucy and Jimmy were both so very helpful in advising us how best to fit in all the locations we want to visit whilst in Siciliy for our Honeymoon this year. Such personable customer service. Efficient and clear. We haven't even been yet but already feel special with a lovely surprise Aperol spritz gift sent to us as a thank you. That really made our day :) We are so excited for our Honeymoon now especially as all of the stress and worry has been taken away knowing that we have Lucy there to contact should we need anything at all. Really helpful, informative and honest booking experience. Very clear about what was included and more importantly, what they couldn't book for us - i.e specific excursions. Good local knowledge of the hotel and destination, local customs and taxes.

This review is about the booking process with Citalia. A planned trip to Venice took some juggling with dates, flights and hotel availability. Karen from Citalia was so helpful, friendly and patient. Our planned trip to Venice at the hotel and room of our choice, date and flight are now booked.

We phoned early morning to book directly rather than on line or through an agent. The entire experience was made very easy by Linda Kula.
We cannot fault the process or professionalism.

Used Citalia in the past on many occasions, professional, helpful and polite.

Lucy is the best tour consultant I have ever dealt with. Helpful, supportive and caring she helped us plan our trip. She is also very conscientious and put up with my sense of humour ! However, as it is a very busy time of year for Citalia the occasional' t' was not crossed completely. To err is human. Would I use her again ? Definitely !

Citalia was the only site we found with the exact city combination already in a suggested package on the website - Florence, Rome and Naples.

Therefore, we called Citalia and spoke to Tasha who was brilliant. Tasha went through all the options including flights, internal rail journeys, hotel transfers and hotel options to provide us with a complete package.

I would certainly use Citalia again.
