I have bought a rug from this site previously when I received an email offering me free sheepskin gloves if I ordered a second sheepskin rug. I thought it was a good deal so ordered the rug which arrived minus the gloves. I found the rug to be slightly smaller than original rug but as I was due to receive free gloves I was happy to keep. After sending 3 separate emails to customer service asking when I would receive the rest of my order I have still not received either a reply, explanation or the goods. No contact at all. Such a shame to have poor follow up to query. Puts me off ordering in future or recommending to friends and family.

A few years ago I ordered some cow hide cushions , very pleased when they arrived and have lasted . Moved house and wanted to order more but a specific colour . Ordered two and great . Went straight back on and ordered more of the larger size . They arrived , wrong colour and of the smaller size . Contacted City Cows by phone and email several times with photos of cushions and invoice . Obviously they didn’t match . Always promised a call back , never happened and I have paid premium for smaller size and wrong colour. Customer service appalling, it’s a shame as I like the products and wanted to order more ..

Beautiful rug, just what I wanted and more. Super quick delivery was an extra bonus. Highly recommended, I will definitely be purchasing from City Cows again.

Still not received order or update and seriously delayed. It was for an occasion so not impressed.

Delivered on time but hide had a few holes and while the size promised was 135cm x 110cm, what actually turned up was 110cm x 90cm? That I believe is only about 65% of the promised area! A bit misleading but I need it for a shoot tomorrow so no time to haggle. It was on sale! Maybe that had something to do with it. Other than that looks nice but reading the instructions a bit more delicate than I thought. Advertised as a floor rug in front of a fire but instructions say that's the last thing you should do unless you want it to shed! Sales, sales, sales, check before you buy!

My order did not arrive - not City Cows fault, but I emailed company and it was immediately resolved politely and efficiently.
I am very happy with my sheepskin pad too it is lovely.

Really pleased with the oyster sheepskins and a great deal buying two. Our first purchase with City Cows and recommended by a friend.
An update on delivery day would have been helpful otherwise prompt service online. Would have preferred better packaging when delivered as not protective for a delicate item.

Loved my bag and colour

I came across City Cows whilst searching for sheepskin gloves. I recently purchased a pair in size small, colour camel as they were at a good price and I liked the style.
I found communication excellent and delivery was very quick. The gloves are exactly as described on the website and are of a lovely quality. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to wearing them come winter. This is the first time I have brought anything from this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

It was a great experience the rugs are beautiful I bought two to lay over the back of my leather sofas they are amazing good quality and so soft highly recommend

Awful service! I ordered a cowhide rug but the one that arrived was much smaller and a completely different pattern. I have tried contacting them by contact form and two different email addresses to explain the problem and ask for it to be exchanged for the correct one, but I haven’t even had as much as an acknowledgment. I then tried calling them and they don’t answer the phone. I have now had to resort to trying to resolve the situation through my credit card company. Mistakes happen but a good company can be measured by how they deal with the mistakes, Citycows appears to have no interest in resolving issues, avoid this company!

This is my 2nd purchase from City Cows - the rug arrived on time and was in excellent condition however it just did not look right in our living room - nothing wrong with the product at all.

I returned it in it's original box, I received a call from Nick saying that they got the rug and a refund would be in my account tomorrow - the money was there as promised.

I have never had any problems at all with this company and would use them again
