Everything was ok, provided quotes etc started to move forward with this and then told me they don’t cover the area… not great.

Professional and well-informed, though the survey cost was slightly higher than other quotes I received.
One area for improvement is clarity in the report: some items rated as ‘3’ (urgent action) didn’t clearly explain the urgency, and a few items rated as ‘2’ were described in a way that suggested more serious issues. Otherwise, the service overall was helpful and well presented.
