John, your colleague in Clarity is extremely helpful. I'm having issues with the Clarity App. So he is getting me locum work outside the App.

Keep calling and texting whenever they need a cover even when you're not on call. Track your activity on the app. Dismissive attitude. They can't even put the right address in the description a lot of times even when you point it out. On top of it the employers get charged truly extortionate fees

The fabulous thing is that I can book my shifts anywhere in Ireland in one click using the Clarity app! All the staff is always available and helpful whichever issue you might have. Pamela Gaba is an excellent expert, appreciate her professionalism and availability! I am happy with this agency

I have been working as a nurse with Clarity almost 9 months now and in that time I have found them great to work with. Nothing is complicated with these guys. Everything is straightforward and transparent. Someone is always available 24/7 to efficiently deal with any questions or queries. Big shout out to Pamela who has always been great to deal with. Payroll is faultless, always accurate and on time. The app is brilliant and so easy to use. Highly recommended, well done Clarity!!!! Other agencies could learn a thing or two from these guys.

I have found Clarity so supportive since I began working with them. From booking shifts to Accounts I cannot praise the company enough. They have gone over and beyond to help me as this is all new to me. Also any documents I needed, accounts were so prompt in emailing me what I needed. Darren has been wonderful booking my shifts and I have also dealt with Emily who has been really helpful. I dealt with Niamh today who also helped me and provided me with the information I needed
