Absolute 💩
I had and email said my items would arrive in 48 hours. They rocked up 14 days later. I lost a lot of money due to their incompliance.

we can only apologise for the error. we had your machines sent direct from Lavor to yourself to avoid any delay. Lavor made the mistake of sending these direct to ourselves, we then had to post the items from here.
We spoke with a lady on the phone regarding your order and explained the predicament, she was very understanding.

Wrong fitting for an RE 143
Wrong fitting for an RE 143, tried phoning waste of time. Cut the end off and swaged the old end on. Not what I had in mind.
And to rub salt into the wounds the hose is 2021 vintage so no longer certifiable and yet sold as new!

Horrible customer service
Sells damaged goods, has no real interest in customer service. Gerald who replied to my email was quite rude. Offered me £20 refund to compensate for the damage, when my item was £700+, his response is definitely not justified. He even keeps claiming it isn’t damaged. So I guess it’s supposed to have deep scratches all over it? Probably a used & returned item.
Also had issues with delivery, turned up 6 days late.
He has now ignored me since i requested my money back!

Hello Harry,
You had sent photos of the "damage", i advised you the black marks over the case of the machine was caused by the hose rubbing on it during transport. I advised this is cosmetic, and not damage that would cause any issue when using the machine.
I offered a £20 refund due to the cosmetic issue.
I can assure you that we do not send out returns or second hand machines. We sell a lot of Kranzle machines every week and it would not make sense to do this.
