Good quality item better than the original.

The bottle had to be connected at 90 deg to the handle because the connector was at wrong angle for the bottle to hang vertically, but no big deal I can adjust at a later date

Excellent products for a wide range of operations along with helpful information for their use. Reasonable prices as well.
The only downside was Parcel Force. A more appropriate name would be Parcel Farce as their promises of delivery times were 24 hrs out with no communication or apology from them. Not Cleantec's issue though.

Part that was sent was incorrect
Advert stated part would fit all Karcher 550 pressure washers . It did not water poured out of handle it should of had 3 washers fitted on end of fitment it only had 2 washers
Complete waste of money & about 2 weeks delivery time

The service is first class

Purchased replacement hose & trigger gun for power washer. The items are of good quality, however the connections are not a good fit therefore water sprays everywhere (triggers the power washer motor, therefore its constantly running). Tried using plumbers tape / contacting the seller numerous times about other connections but been unsuccessful. Ended up buying another power washer.

Purchased some Marolex pressure bottles from Cleantec.

The website had a great selection of products and the Marolex items, which are pretty much the best ones to get for what I was after, were available and at good prices as well unlike on other websites.

The the items arrived promptly and were very well packed.

Great first time use of Cleantec and will use them again for sure.

The pressure hose is much less troublesome to handle than the original Karcher. hose.
