I have revised this feedback as Royal Mail were rough with my parcel & it arrived damaged. I sent pictures to Gerald & he quickly sorted the problem & is sending out the required part for me to fit myself. Superb customer service & I will be returning for future items when needed. Thank you Gary.

Replacement hose for my Stihl pressure…
Replacement hose for my Stihl pressure washer is extremely well made and better than the original that was supplied with it. Would definitely recommend these guys.
Also I like that you can ordered it in different lengths too, super helpful

Very good service overall
Very good service overall. Replacement hose has a slightly different connection to the original which made it slightly awkward to connect but it’s working fine now.

Dodgy company
I bought a lance for my Karcher in April 2024. This has failed and is leaking. I’ve sent two emails that have been ignored. I rang up today and I’ve been told that it’s no longer under warranty and that they will sell me a new nozzle. Needless to say I’ve turned down this offer. I would suggest you avoid this company. I suggest that they are breaching Consumer regulations here but can’t be bothered to chase them.

I believe this review has been embellished.
We responded to your emails for further information to confirm where the leak was occurring. Upon review we realised it was a consumable part not covered under any warranty. As it was a lance you had purchased 9 months ago, it would have experienced a good bit of wear and tear.
We had advised you we would sell you a replacement nozzle and talk you through swapping it out.
You then advised you would be leaving a negative review due to not getting this for free.
Please contact if you wish to go ahead with purchasing the replacement nozzle and of course we will still help with this.
I can also confirm there is no lengthy warranties given by any company for hoses and lances, as these items are considered consumable parts.
