Matthew contacted me immediately on email, I think it was even on a Sunday. He carried out the survey within the week. He rang us immediately after he had completed the survey within a quick overview and summary of the outcome. Then in a short few days, which included a weekend and a bank holiday, Matthew had completed a 32 page document detailing every part of the park home and its condition that we needed to know about. The service, expertise, professionalism, communication of Matthew and his company is second to none. In my opinion it is well worth getting a survey done before a huge purchase of a PH & for peace of mind, and clarity of the condition of your future home. Excellent service!
