I get no reply from them by email they only respond to these reviews ….. 2 weeks now have passed and nothing so I am writing as a matter of urgency.

I understand that the auction of my goods is proceeding today. I can see that some items that were placed into Clockwork’s custody are now appearing in the auction listings.

However, despite repeated written requests, I still have not been provided with:

a full itemised list of all goods transferred to the auctioneer,

a reconciliation showing which items were taken to auction and which remain in Clockwork’s custody, or

an explanation for the numerous identifiable items that remain missing from all valuation and auction documentation.

This is not a minor administrative issue. Clockwork, as bailee, is under a clear duty to properly account for goods entrusted into paid storage, particularly when exercising a lien and power of sale.
To be absolutely clear:

I am not disputing Clockwork’s contractual right to sell goods following non-payment.

I am disputing the fact that the auction is proceeding without full transparency, without a complete inventory, and with significant quantities of property unaccounted for.

At this point:

I can see some of my items listed for sale,

I cannot see many other high-value household and personal items that were placed into storage, and

I have no documentation confirming whether those items were ever transferred to the auctioneer, retained by Clockwork, or otherwise removed from custody.

Proceeding with the auction today without first resolving these discrepancies is inappropriate and risks causing irreversible loss before proper accounting has taken place.

I therefore formally require, without further delay:

Immediate written confirmation of all items transferred to the auctioneer, including lot numbers and estimated values.

Written confirmation of all items remaining in Clockwork’s custody.

A clear explanation for any items that do not appear in either category.

This email is sent to ensure there is a clear written record that Clockwork has been placed on notice of unresolved accounting failures before the auction concludes.

I expect an urgent response today.

Fantastic service, the crew turned up on time and delivered our belongings expertly. From initially dealing with James in the office to Alex, John and Gary delivering, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

We had a quick turn around on our completion an house move. I contacted Josh at Clockwork and they were able to accommodate all my needs in a relatively short space of time (a few days). I did a short walkthrough of our home on a video call and got a quote within an hour. After accepting it, everything went very smoothly. On moving day the removal guys arrived on time and got to work straight away. Nothing was damaged in the move at all (although we did box a pack ourselves), but the guys were very attentive to what was marked as fragile. We were able to leave the house and grab a coffee whilst they dismantled beds and packed up etc. There was a short delay between having everything packed and us receiving keys - but that was no trouble for the guys. The other end they unloaded quickly and re-assembled everything we asked them to in the correct rooms. The only small issue was that they forgot the plastic sheets to cover the carpet in the house we were moving from, so left a bit of mud and dirt on the carpet. I raised this with the office that evening and they made contact with the new owners in order to get the carpet cleaned, and were very apologetic. This was sorted within days. Overall would highly recommend.

Josh & Kylie were so helpful, clear (and calm) in the lead up to the move, I felt they were very professional and reassuring, having everything covered.
Kiska & John turned up and made the removal and delivery a stress free time. Very polite and careful, great guys.

The team were a great bunch of guys. They took care to wrap and box up my items with great care, and efficiently dealt with my flitting, especially as my flat was on the fourth floor!
I can highly recommend them, and the company.

From the office to the guys with boots on the ground, the team have been absolutely fantastic and accommodating to our (very many) requests. It was a big job and they had very limited time to pull this off especially over the Christmas break. They were highly professional and packed, moved & unpacked everything professionally and left the space tidy and safe. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Clockwork Removal Services to enquire about a quote for home furniture removal. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The lady I spoke to on the phone was rude and came across as quite arrogant. She did not listen to what I was explaining and spoke over me, which made the conversation unnecessarily stressful. Given that moving home is already a stressful process, this level of customer service was very off-putting.

I would like to add my enquiry was regarding a quote for ourselves not for Taylor Wimpey!

Got a very fair price from Dean at Clockwork to move us from West Yorkshire to County Durham. The 2 guys Dave and Andy did a faultless job moving all our possessions with not 1 thing damaged. They really couldn’t do enough for us. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending and using Clockwork removals again.

Could not fault any of their work very efficient workers and well mannered would recommend them as very clean workers.

My mother has cognitive issues and the removals team at clockwork performed like thier name suggested. I had to liaise with the removal persons from abroad and my mother did not lift a finger and her and I were kept updated every step on the way. Would recommend 100%. Marie from the office also needs a special mention for all of the work she did behind the scenes. Thanks again

Overseas move was less than optimal. Packing crew onsite was excellent but what happened after removal was questionable. Consolidation of boxes occurred without recording which resulted in confusion and damages.Many furniture pieces arrived to destination very damaged. Fortunately, I had marine insurance but only recouped 40% of value of damages.

I've had my goods in storage for probably 13years. The goods have been shipped abroad. Everything is in great condition and the agents abroad were very efficient too.
I appreciate all the help while getting the items shipped and the great care while the items were stored. First class.
