ClwydAlyn together with other Housing Associations ignore tenants' concerns about antisocial behaviour
I have noted from my experience of helping people with problems involving Housing Associations, that good, hardworking tenants who don't trash their flats, don't have stereos blasting throughout the night, and don't indulge in drug-crazed parties, are not appreciated by the Associations - and this is true of all of them. They seem to let the clean bathwater go down the plughole but the scum remains on the sides. I can attest to the fact that I have seen many tenants leave because of other tenants' antisocial behaviour, but the root of the problem is never tackled. To put this into context, ClwydAlyn and other Housing Associations have inadvertently forced good tenants to move out. Remember one thing: a caring but naive organisation does more harm than good as the intolerant are attracted to the tolerant . . . . . surely, this wasn't the vision the Victorians had for the Housing Associations. One way of shaming the Associations is to investigate who is the head of the department dealing with antisocial behaviour and write to Trustpilot and the local press naming the person in charge - this always gets results as the Associations are always nervous of people questioning their virtue signalling!
