Very pleased to be a member of Co-Wheel for about an year now. Great customer service every single time for every single query or question that I had. Reasonable prices. I just wish to see Co-wheels in more cities in the UK. Thanks Co-Wheel for everything. cheers!

I had an issue creating a Business account, a quick email to the Co Wheels resulted in an instant reply from Aaron who informed me he had amended my account ready for me to create my Driver Profile. Thank you :) (Request no. 238625)

Received a response to my email right away and the agent helped me find a quick solution.

They ignore customers' emails! I tried to close my account and the just ignored me.

It should be possible and easy to do this on the app, yet they insist on me emailing them…and then they IGNORE it.

Really helped me get the application details together. Although I'm bemused why my photo and licence didn't capture clearly enough, the follow up by the team over the last few days has been really helpful and clear. Hoping everything goes smoothly from here with using the service.

I usually find Co Wheels very easy to use and as someone who doesn't want the hassle or cost or owning a car their service is perfect for me, with lots of their cars in Glasgow. On the rare occasion that there's an issue, it's usually related to someone else, rather than Co Wheels (e.g. someone has parked in the bay I'm supposed to return the car to). In those cases, I find it really useful having a UK-based call centre that I can connect to straightaway to speak to someone who can sort the issue.

Had some issues with paying for fuel, but it all got resolved without drama. Have always had a good experience with team at Co-wheels.

I had to do my annual licence check. I sent the DVLA code by email as requested. It was in the evening. I was delighted to get confirmation email from Jordan in support the same evening. Great service. I've been using the club for many years with no problems. I have phoned a couple of times about the electric charging point (not their fault) and very pleased with response.

Last minute problem sorted very quickly by Kyle.

Kyle contacted me proactively to support me in updating my licence so that he was able to swap the car I had hired rather than just cancelling the existing booking. He was very customer focused and was able to sort the issue quickly and easily. Really great service!

Car had a flat tire which delayed my booking and then had to keep phoning customer service to unlock the vehicle. Evidently very poor systems that could not cope with issues. No refund offered and asked for compensation and was told this was not possible. Would NOT recommend.

Tried joining via there website, kept saying, "opps something has gone wrong", phoned and emailed there website. in short played email ping pong for 3 days, they couldnt resolve the issue,
