I paid for a guitar (Gretsch G6636T-RF) and later I got the message it couldn’t be delivered because it had a bad neck. The problem for me was that my money was locked for 4 days. I know this is a standard procedure but I would really appreciate if the quality check was made before payment is done. As a customer I feel that this is all your fault but I get no compensation, despite the fact that I wasn’t able to use my money elsewhere.

Great range of guitars, and got the guitars i wanted,friendly staff no pressure or judgement they just let me get on with it and a decent trade in on my guitars,i would definately recommend this store if you want to purchase new or secondhand. However i did end up ordering another guitar that i had seen in the shop the next day from them which was'nt in the plan at all.
