Colive no response to service request.
I had stayed in this pg for 6 months due to change in location of my job. I have raised request regarding the dues or the payment because they apparently booked my location to different place and I was charged based on that booking and not to the place where I actually booked. I raised multiple request over the span of 6 months and not a single time the issue got resolved, no contact from their team and automatic closure of the request made me call them multiple times but as we know the voice bot never let us get connected to the concerned person, then I talked with the property manager of that place, he says that it will fix on the next payment and that never came, he said not to worry nothing will happen and this was the result. The room was infested with pest. I was charged more.
