Colour 2 Glass Splashbacks Avaliações

Buyer beware. Upon delivery of the product and sliding it out of the transit package, edge protection still in place, the splashback shattered in my hands. Fortunately no injuries occurred to either myself, the grandchildren or the dog but glass shards did scatter everywhere. It was potentially an extremely dangerous incident.
I contacted them straight away and was offered a cost price replacement which I did not agree to as I didn't cause the damage. All I wanted was a replacement splashback but was declined this by the company. Very poor standards of customer relations in my view as I was accused of damaging the product myself, which I certainly didn't do.
Overall, extremely dissapointed with this company and it's management response. I advise you to spend your money elsewhere.
Frustrated and disappointed, Lee Jankovskis.

Unfortunately the glass splashback didn't arrive as the carrier, when chased, said it was broken.
On contacting Colour 2 Glass they reordered it for me & the 2nd one arrived safely & now looks great in my kitchen.

Easy online ordering - great choice of colours. Ordered 4 panels, 2 colours and 2 with socket cutouts. Drawings were provided for design confirmation. Efficient overnight delivery. The glass splashbacks all fitted perfectly and look great.

Arrived well packaged and before estimated delivery date. Looks absolutely fantastic and we are so pleased. Would use this company again.

The splash back i recieved was absolutely beautiful right size i have had so many compliments in love with my splash back

Very pleased with this product (splashback). Quality glass used, good communication, exact matching colour we needed and item was very well packaged on delivery. Fully recomended

Communication was good, ordering process simple and delivery was good. The product,a colour glass splashback, was not as well finished as simi;ar products from other sources. The paint has numerous (very small) imperfections as though the work environment was dusty.

Looks great, finishes the kitchen. Easy to order and good delivery.

Splashback received in quick time and looks just great. Very happy customer

The Matt red splashback is excellent - it creates a touch of colour in my kitchen. I wanted a Matt finish as otherwise there is a reflection from the window. I also needed a cut to size item as a standard one wouldn’t fit. I was able to order a sample prior to the main order which enabled me to see the colour which is a lovey shade of red. Item arrived well packaged in the time promised. Excellent service all round.

Product is really good. Only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because the delivery took nearly a month. Delivery is within 15 working days, which is 3 weeks plus 2 days actual shipping.

Really happy with my splashback. Came quicker than expected

We are well satisfied with the glass splash back, which arrived on time in good condition and was really well packaged
We would recommend the company to anyone, and they are nice people to deal with

Whole experience very easy from ordering our kitchen splashback to receipt. Perfect fit and easy to install. Would recommend.

Colour 2 Glass delivered the required cplashback on time. Quality was perfect. Well done.

Good communication and excellent product. Well wrapped and protected for delivery

Great service
Very pleased with our glass splash back

We brought our glass splash back for the new kitchen the service and support was second to none. I was kept up to date about my order and when it arrived it was well packed.
We had the screw option so simple just 4 screws and it looks amazing i would highly recommend this company and several friends have asked for the link to this company .

A great experience overall. I ordered two splashbacks with floral prints and they look beautiful in our new kitchen. Lexi helped with some design queries ensuring the finished product was exactly what was required. The splashbacks were delivered within the advertised time frame, well packaged to reduce the risk of any damage in transit.
My only feedback would be that a three week delivery period did not suit my kitchen install timeframe. I could only measure up for the glass after units were installed and this meant a delay before the kitchen could be finished. If there is any way to reduce the time period to say two weeks it would be better. I did consider not proceeding due to timescales but ultimately was glad I waited.
