Not saying anything ultimately bad about the bag. I had sent an email after receiving our order asking how to get more filling because it would get rather low after using it. It definitely was not one you could run and jump on, not that we ever thought of doing so. That is in adds. I would of paid for more filling and all I got was a return email asking for pictures. It was if I was unbelievable. I just wanted to know if and how I could get more filling.

Very helpful and friendly, took care of my problem at no extra charge even though it was my mistake. I would recommend comfy sack to anyone, love mine have had for 4 years and still like brand new!

Comfy sack is very high quality, but I feel that it has never risen to its full potential and goes flat pretty quickly. We did let it rise for 5 days as well.

Great price, good quality, very fast shipping. Also had an issue with amount of foam, but customer service responded and shipped out additional foam in the same day. 5 stars all the way!

We got two of the pillow comfy sacks for our girls (8 & 10). Honestly, they are HUGE. They are comfortable AND big enough for mom and dad to relax (and fall asleep on). 100% LOVE.

Unfortunately I would not describe our sack as “comfy.” It is made from large pieces of foam, so even once the foam has expanded, it’s still pretty stiff and very lumpy. It also didn’t expand enough to fill in the cover, so it is awkward to sit on and it doesn’t look nice.

You won't find a foam sack of this quality at a better price. All seams are double stitched and the both the inner liner and outer cover is double zippered.
-- That being said there's one small issue with the foam not decompressing all the way leaving some outer edges hard and uncomfortable. This however can be remedied with a little work, you can fish the pieces out and tear the hard parts off and after hearing of my experience with the hard foam the company got in contact with me and was happy to send replacement foam. Shipping was extremely fast, it arrived the very next day. Was initially disappointed because of the hard pieces, but it's easily fixed and overall now very pleased with an excellent value product.

This is amazing. The size is huge fits 2 large adults easily. Comfy, cozy perfection.

Customer service as it should be. The zipper on our Sack broke. No questioned asked, they told me to ship it. It would then be repaired if possible, if not able to be repaired it would be replaced. They are replacing it. Turnaround was less than a week. Thank you Comfy Sack!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I love comfy Sacks! We have 2 children with severe autism and they can't have a regular bed. (They destroy them) They sleep very well in their comfy Sacks and haven't even tried to wreck them!
