After I had confirmed the booking and made the payment I discovered in the contact sent to me that I was also liable for a £10 exit fee. No mention was made of this beforehand. I have written to them to cancel the agreement. Utterly disgraceful!

Valet service took 90 minutes to return our car from us ringing - the controller on site (Gully) just fobs you off - avoid this company like the plague

Rang 30 minutes before as requested … waited 45 minutes at drop off point and now expecting a massive fine as waited over the time in the drop car park …. Have text and phone records please do not use this site as corrupt and will not reply to my messages

This company is a scam. Don’t use.

The worst experience I’ve had getting my car back at Gatwick North today. I called the Fly Away contact on arrival in baggage claim as instructed. This was 18.20. My car was due for delivery at 19.30 at the latest. At 19.46 I receive a call to say my car is on car park 6 floor 3, I’m on floor 5. I find my car having been told no other details, no one is there. I find my key on the drivers side wheel. This included multiple phone which were poorly dealt with. My car could easily have been stolen even without a valid car park ticket. This is a complaint which I will take further and will never book through you again.

Do not use this platform or any of their additional platforms such as comparetheairportparking. They are happy to prompt sketchy companies who offer a very poor service e.g. NEW FARM PARKING at Elsenham. Avoid at all costs

The Swift Meet and Greet parking was a scam. The number that it tells you to call 30 minutes before arrival didn’t work so we ended up having to park at the normal airport parking at triple the price. Avoid!

I cant stress enough how bad this company is. They left us stranded in the car park. Didn't answer calls or messages. We managed to book with another company who were literally on site or we would have missed our flight. They do not answer any calls, messages or emails regarding complaints. I have asked for a refund but I'm wasting my time. How can people get away with this? It's just wrong. Paid in good faith only to be ripped off. I HOPE THEY GO BANKRUPT. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY

I would not leave this company a 1 star review. I booked with this company for the 16th may and was given a number to ring 20 minutes before i got to the airport. only to be advised that my booking had been cancelled as they had no one available. I asked why i was not notified and all that this women could say its cancelled i cant doing nothing. I told her the service was disgusting her response no its not and put the phone down on me. I am still waiting for a refund and a response to my email. I was lucky enough to then book in to the long stay carpark at LBA and just manage to make my flight.

I just bought the parking space address provided as a postcode only!!! no precise Location.!!!
tried Calling the given numbers to confirm my booking.
No one is answering the phone on either numbers provided. Good Luck chasing that up.

I can not stress enough to not even contemplate using the company, there are so many companies who are like £10 more expensive, this guy called me while I was pulling in to ask me where I was!!! To then not even be there!! 20 mins and 4x calls later and no one was there and then it’s cost me £300 to park for short stay to avoid missing the flight, it is an absolute discrace be warned. Don’t bother x

AVOID!!! We nearly missed our flight as nobody coming to pick the car. Drop-off was £28 instead of £8 as they were fooling us around for over 20 minutes. No paperwork, we just had to handover the car some bloke with no ID or paperwork. We complain in writing and no reply. Just landed and we have to wait at least 1 hour for the car to be delivered…..

AVOID THIS COMPANY
I did an internet search and found this site. I booked up with Compare Parking Deals for the Meet and Greet service. No problem with the car handover other than a 15 minute wait.
After returning from holiday, I phoned the number supplied to me on the booking email for my car to be delivered to the main terminal.
I was told that due to airport renovations they were prohibited from providing this service and instructed me to take a taxi to an industrial estate 6 miles away where my car was parked. My taxi fare would be reimbursed to me on car collection.
On arriving, I was handed a key by an Asian man who pointed to a lower car park. On reaching my car, it was filthy. It had been driven 192 miles while I was away. The attendant had been told to meet the car owners, confirm their name and hand over the key. He would not provide any other information except his contact name of Riz.

I booked with Compare Parking Deals and they contracted out to Go Airport Parking without my knowledge.

This matter is now with the West Yorkshire Police who are currently investigating.
Anyone else who has had a similar experience should contact Police Officer Bonney-Thorpe at WYP.

You "recommended" total cowboys. Drivers on their phones whilst driving with babies on board. Drivers trying to drive off before we had chance to secure the baby seat. Keys left outside the cars to get wet. Broken down vans being bump started to take us to the airport. Picked up in van with severely shattered windshield that was absolutely not fit for the road. WTAF?! Awful! Never again. Unsafe and illegal!
