This business needs to go under

Do not book from these, I hope you looked at the reviews before because if not you'll get what's expected....... slow service, on my part we gave them a call 10mins out which they did say 30mins so we didn't mind waiting 20mins although that's what we thought, we had to wait 2+hours for our drop off leading to a hefty short stay parking ticket we tried communicating with the manager who does the calls but he came across very rude and didn't care much on what we had to say we asked where the driver was the most we got out of the manager was he's on his way and we got that multiple times so that didn't help much, than the manager said "what! Do you want me to cancel the booking or what!" Like a threat than proceed to hang up it felt like he had the upper hand since we paid £60 already and than if we was the cancel it would than be another £20 on top of that and not that I'm posh or anything but the guy on the phone sounded rough proper Londoner..... after we picked our car up the pick up was quick since we put a tracker on the car highly advise doing so, instead of relying on someone's info but our car sounded a bit funny after like they had messed around with the car or they didn't no how to drive an automatic and if that was the case than they generally can't drive at all best advice is don't book these at all I hope this business goes under as it should.

Criminal business practices

Criminal business practices. They lure you in and then force an extra £20 out of you at the door after paying for parking .It’s a total joke. Huge shoutout to the receptionist, though—she was the only person there with a brain and actually tried to be helpful. It’s a pity she’s the only competent part of this otherwise terrible company. Stay far away!

Booked parking

Booked parking, and no major issues at drop-off (other than a hidden charge for meet and greet in short stay)
This is where It gets interesting... On return I called as per instructions when Id landed. I was told my car would be returned in 45 min so I hoisted my family outside in the freezing cold; called after an hour for an update was told my car was blocked in at the parking site but they were leaving and would be 20 mins. I called again and hour later, I was told my car was just leaving site and would be 20min. I then called 30min later and was swore at for suggesting I would get a Uber to the parking site at their cost.
My car was finally returned 3.5 hours after landing.
A very tired and cold family stood outside the airport for hours after a long flight, then on to a 4 hour drive home.
I asked for complaints process; I was told it would be emailed. Didn't arrived, called again, told same thing, same outcome!

I then raised an official complaint through comparetheparking - they forwarded my email to the provider, again no surprises, no response.
At this point I'm ready to initiate a money claim so I asked comparetheparking to provide the company details for my claim. They respond with an email address - I tell them they clearly do not respond to emails can you please provide registered company details as per consumer rights. Emails now blanked from them too.

Stay well clear - I will be raising a civil claim against comparetheparking (hopefully they ignore that too and I get the money granted by default) I suspect they will wake up for that one though.

Terrible company, completely unprofessional. Leave your expensive cars with these lot and don't be surprised if there are issues!

You have been warned.

Avoid CompareTheParking / iPark

Avoid CompareTheParking / iPark – unsafe and dishonest.
Booked “Gatwick Premium Parking” but it was actually iPark. They lost the keys, left two young women stranded at 1am, told them to get a £260 taxi, and caused extra costs (hotel, train, parking). Staff so rude. Such a stressful experience all round.

Zero stars, didn't pickup the phone on the way out, almost lost the flight. On the way in, similar, waiting time 1 h and they keep saying we're on our way

Absolute utter rubbish

Absolute utter rubbish. 20£ hidden fee for the shuttle to the airport with a 40 minutes wait for that shuttle because it was full and you have to wait for it to return. Never again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I WAS LUCKY I DID GET MY CAR RETURNED ALBEIT TO THE WRONG TERMINAL AND KEYS LEFT ON THE WHEEL. ON RETURN THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. EVENTUALLY GOT THROU, AFTER ONE HOUR OF RINGING. MAKE SURE YOU BOOK WITH A COMPANY WHO HAVE A MANNED DESK ON LEVEL 4 IN TERMINAL 2 & 3.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Booked parking through this site. Big mistake.

Asked for a review afterwards which said LHR Meet & Greet is a product of Premium Travel Limited.

Felt compelled to review but had to awards stars, so gave it 1.

Should be no stars at best, really there should be an option to put - stars.

The entire experience was abysmal. Booking seemed as normal with the usual requirements and instructions.

Upon following the instructions and calling ahead or arrival, we were told a driver will be there yet no one was there to take the car. Constantly calling the number and no one was answering. Eventually it was answered and we were told the driver is on their way and would be there in a few minutes - lied. After several further conversations someone eventually showed up to collected the car. Late is an understatement. The phone operator persistently lied.

When arriving back after the trip, followed the instructions and the number is constantly unanswered, goes to voicemail and says there is no room to leave any messages. Sent text messages and nothing. The landline number is unobtainable and out of services. The mobile number constantly busy or unanswered. The helpful staff at the other parking companies that have a presence onsite tried to call the number on their phones and the same. Eventually went to the police at Heathrow. Extremely helpful but told me that they experience this every day. They said there are hundreds of similar disreputable outfits operating around Heathrow and it is not regulated in any way whatsoever and causes huge problems. They told me they've found cars littered/abandoned in all sorts of places around Heathrow, and many other horror stories. Including that these companies just keep opening under a new name and repeating their actions over and over again. They suggested I get the train home and contact my insurance company and if the car is not returned, contact the police again.

Eventually, while still with the police, I managed to get through to the number. They said the car would be there in an hour and the driver would call when a few minutes away. The helpful police officer got on the phone and spoke to the company assertively. Another lie from this parking company, even with the police support. An hour and half later the car arrived. Overall, over three hours we waited in the cold car park late at night. After travelling for nearly 30 hours, this is NOT what anyone wants, especially with another two hour drive ahead.

This is NOT meet & greet. We checked the reviews ahead of booking and I suspect most were fake. The compare sights do not verify companies, nor reviews and give the impression that these are safe. They are not.

Never again. From now on I will only use the airport official parking or the reliable and honest meet & greet businesses that operate with a permanent desk at the airport.

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage , receptionist barely speaks legible English and I'm south Asian myself . They have a laissez faire attitude to communication which doesn't help when you are stressed trying to get there with enough time . They asked to do a meet and greet at the orange car park in standstead which was somewhere between a dodgy Grindr date and cottaging . No description of the person we were meant to meet which led me to approaching every random Asian guy . On the way back we rang from the plane and ended up waiting two hours and then we were picked up in a shuttle and taking to land fill full of sad looking vehicles that looked like they were missing their owners . The guy then gave me the wrong keys as if we were in a post apocalyptic wife swapping orgy . Avoid this like like a Jim'll fix it badge.

The guy providing the service at the airport cancelled the night before the flight as he hadn’t been paid. Had to book short notice with someone else

Avoid at all costs.
You pay less because the service is useless.
Poorly advertised entry and exit fees.
Pick up over an hour later than booked for a feeble excuse “it’s very busy sir” - well that should be no surprise as Sunday evening
is like that and they clearly know the busy and quiet times, but fail to employ correct staff numbers
A total ripoff .
Do not use.
Pay a bit more and get a proper service .

This experience started badly and only got worse. I booked airport parking for Stansted, but what was provided was not a legitimate car park at all, it was essentially a yard on a farm. Cars were crammed together with no proper bays, no organisation, uneven ground, and no real security. It was completely unfit to be operating as an airport parking facility.

There was no way it was reasonable to leave a high value vehicle there, especially after being told that staff would be moving cars around during the stay. The whole setup felt unsafe and highly unprofessional.

Because of the disorganisation and lack of space, there were delays on arrival while trying to deal with the situation, which ultimately caused a missed flight and additional expenses.

Since then, the situation has only deteriorated. After more than a month, the only response received has been what appears to be a generic AI generated email. There is no direct contact number, no proper way to speak to anyone, and no accountability.

No refund has been offered, no resolution provided, and the overall customer service has been dismissive and unacceptable.

This has been stressful, costly, and entirely avoidable.

Do not use this company. Very unprofessional and not fit for purpose.

Just as liable for poor service…

They say in their emails that they are just brokers, but they actively promote cowboy companies with horrific ratings on trustworthy review sites, so in my eyes they are just as liable. For reference, ipark was the particular bunch of clowns this site gave good ratings to, but on trustworthy review sites and in my experience they are borderline criminals. I will be avoiding using either of these sites in future.

Awful

Awful. We called at 6.45pm for our collection. It took then a whole hour to get our car to us. AVOID THESE CARPARKS at all costs. Chaotic, dishonest and cannot in any shape or form be recommended

Not a good experience.
The basic expectation with a car parking valet service is simple: drop the car off and get it back with minimal delay. Instead, I had to wait 70 minutes (over an hour) after calling them and arriving at the pickup point. That’s far beyond reasonable, think of the pain of waiting that ling with 2 kids. When asked on call, instead of being sorry the person made excuses saying there was a lot of rush , etc while there was none.
I’m giving 2 stars only because they at least answered the phone , otherwise the service itself was very very poor.

Booked a full Parking service through…

Booked a full Parking service through them, their service provider iPark then didn't pay the short term car park charge that was part of the service - Comparethe parking washed their hands of it and said we are not the service provider, I beg to differ, you took payment, American Express agreed with me and refunded me.
Terrible aftercare, they don't give a hoot.

Inaccurate cost

Booked through the website which quoted I thought was a set price. When I came to drop off the car I was then charged for the shuttle to the airport which increased my parking costs by 50%. This wasn't made clear on the website. Other people on the shuttle also had the same problem.
