The price they quoted me compared with…
The price they quoted me compared with what the provider charged me was difference and they didn’t even properly explain why. Very sales heavy, they just want to close the deal. Wouldn’t recommend

First quote from Budget was similar to my existing. Decided to stay with my insurer. Received a call dropped the price 25%. Question why not first quote, plus what happens at renewal. Hence 3 stars not 4 or 5.

Spammed with Scam calls
Ever since I used comparethemarket.com.au I’ve had up to 9 calls from different numbers in one night alone trying to sell me insurance even after I’d spoken to the same creepy man on the phone twice.

Unsolicited calls. Wont take no for an answer.
Do not try to compare health insurance with these guys unless you want unsolicited calls off their staff that will not take no for an answer. I also noticed they only gave comparisons for 2 companys so undoubtedly its not going to be the best qoutes for your needs but rather whoever would pay them the highest kickbacks for selling the cover to you.
