Don't use Dodge Construction Network (aka Blue Book).

There is no product support, most of the information you can get on Bid Direct or Demand Star for free, and they use predatory tactics with their contracts.

We tried to cancel our contract after the required 1 year and they kept charging us with repeated monthly billing.

We never even signed to renew!

Worse, they kept trying to charge us after we told them to stop and even after we told them there was insufficient funds for the transactions.

They repeatedly try to upsell you on nonsense you don't need.

They're greasy.

Just ask their regional representative Paul Nuzzo.

After giving you a bogus contract they'll try to fleece you for everything.

Stay away.

SUMMARY: Breach of Guarantee & Unauthorized Theft

We engaged Dodge based on a clear guarantee: if the service failed to connect us with customers, a full refund would be issued. Over a 10-month period, Dodge brought us zero customers or work.

CHRONOLOGY OF FRAUDULENT CONDUCT:

October 2025: We informed the Dodge staff of the failure to deliver and explicitly requested a full refund and account cancellation as per their guarantee.

December 2025 (Unauthorized Charge): Despite our cancellation request, Dodge automatically ran our card for the renewal fee without authorization.

Refusal and Deception: Following the unauthorized charge, staff members, including Natasha Alexander, made false claims that we had approved the renewal (even using fabricated contact names).

Current Status: Our account was eventually canceled, but Dodge refuses to process the promised full refund, effectively committing fraud and theft of the renewal fee.

LEADERSHIP NEGLIGENCE

This unethical and fraudulent business practice has been escalated to senior leadership, including Andrew Somosi, via multiple emails. His complete disregard for these communications demonstrates a severe negligence toward his company's documented fraudulent behavior.

WARNING TO PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS

The company failed to honor its foundational promise, committed an unauthorized financial transaction after cancellation, and has repeatedly refused to issue a refund. We have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and are proceeding with the Florida Attorney General's Office. We strongly advise against doing business with Dodge.

Worst company to ever work with. Take your business elsewhere. "Contractors" never get back to you. The customer service is terrible. Spoke to a sales rep who told me there was no contract and i would be on a month to month basis, when i asked to cancel i was denied. All around terrible company.
