The Total Audio converter is a life saver. Excellent support and on time delivery of the code. Awesome tool. Will recommend.

Does all formats equally well. Fast and accurate conversion at a good price. Great Value. Don't waste time on freeware or shareware; Just buy this and get on with your tasks. I have used this since it came out many years ago.

Coolutils helped me enormously. I had to buy a new computer and had not stored the Registry Key so I could not download, I contacted them and by end of day they replied with very clear instructions on downloading the product. I use the Audio Converter in my work so it was quite a relief to be made secure in that by their assistance. Thankyou Coolutils.

I have been very frustrated with this program. When I did the trial it appeared that it would do what I needed. I purchased the Pro version and had difficulty with it. You can't get a person on the phone when you call you have to leave a message or use email. I tried both, after several days and finally requesting a refund I did receive a call. I was able to figure out part of the problem, but it still doesn't do what I thought it would or what I actually need.

I had lost the program in when I bought a new computer. I contacted Cool Utils, who sent me a code to reinstall the program at no cost, on the basis that I had acquired the license, even though it was over 5 years ago. Their support team were really helpful in guiding me through the réinstallation process.

They wanted to know about my user experience (UX). We had a couple of emails go back and forth with a rather quick response time. They care about my satisfaction with the program and want to give me continuing support. Great people to deal with!

Very helpful program for us (Ability to open MSG-Files without Office installed) and the support was excellent!

Great, the only programme that works to convert to the right mp3 format to play the music in my car. All other mp3 formats simply won't play. Life saver! Thank you Coolutils!

Funny you respond quickly when you get a bad review, I would suggest you direct your time more toward customer support rather than social media. PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAIL INSTEAD OF SOCIAL MEDIA!! its really strange how fast your reply to this and I get NO response from support.

The Total Audio Converter is by far the best I've ever used, having had it for almost 5 yrs. & only two minor hiccups both quickly resolved by CoolUtils. If you a product like this then I believe this is the best.

Purchase a business license for Total Outlook Converter Pro, paid extra for support. The product does not work on on PST of an medium size or larger crashes after an hour of processing. I can't get it to work on anything but exporting email groups of only 100 to 200 emails. This is useless to me. Tried to get support help with no response. Buying support provides no support. Not at all satisfied with this product.

YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR UPGRADES YOU DO NOT NEED. Even when poor programming practices/divergence (commands working on old versions do not work on additional clients or additional purchase is the cause.)

Re: PDFCombine Pro (commercial)
The program's dev.s changed command line parameters required in a version change. When we purchased an additional licence for a new client on our network it would crash from the older call (required new upgraded call). We requested to have the previous version for this client (instead of the new version which won't play nice with the prior version) and were told no. Then we requested to have an upgrade from version 4.1 to 4.2 for the clients we had already paid for, and were told we could do that.... If we purchased the each upgrade at 50% off of the new price and reinstalled from scratch (really just buying the software again at half off. What a racket!)

Once Purchased a commercial licence version should get major or divergent upgrades just like any other software. This is very shady to break your own code (with an unneeded update) and then have the audacity to charge your customers a fee so they can fix old versions to play with a new version. sale of older versoins at current prices would be acceptable, Backward compatibility would be acceptable, a free upgrade would be acceptable. Any of those solutions should be expected on a commercial license / multiple client repeat customer, not "Rebuy everything have purchased so far at half off due to our code change which you do not require or want."

These people bend over backwards to help you out. I had purchased some of their software but years later, after a flood, hurricane, leg amputation, and moving a few thousand miles to a new home - I could not install the software on a new computer. No questions asked. I provided my old key, they sent a link to get the latest software and a new key. You can't ask for me. Thank you. :-)

Purchased old version of Total Audio Converter eight years ago, and still able to receive updates (with a new serial code) after contacting the company (using email) .
Excellent after service.
