After over a month I got the item, that was so poorly executed. I emailed to do the return and they asked me to make a photo of of the item so they could see what was wrong with it. I took photos and sent to them and then got the reply that I couldn't return it since I opened the package (it was in a plastic zipper bag). Such a lousy company with horrible products that are expensive and looked horrible. A total scam, don't ever buy from this horrible company!!!

Wenn möglich würde ich Minuspunkte geben...so ein Drecksladen,sorry....man denkt es wäre aus der eu....man wirbt mit 30 tage Geldrückgabe, man wartet ewig auf die Ware..man bekommt sie in einer billigen Plastiktüte...Qualität miserabel ,man möchte sein Geld zurück, die verlangen dafür ein Foto.. man macht ein Foto um dann hören zu kriegen dass die Ware geöffnet nicht mehr umgetauscht werden könne ?!
Hat es mal hier mal jmd mit der Verbraucherzentrale versucht?

i was already sceptical that when i first fisited the shop, it said sale only today, yeah total rip-off.

I was looking a pocahontas costume . For hours finally found it here, the right one what i was looking for. I did my order and i was little bit sceptical later, because i read about this site is a scam, not exist etc....

But i had a conformation email, 2 days later the tracking number. I was still worried but i have my costume as i expected . Maybe the others had bad luck or i dont know but im satisfied. Thank you

Well I got what I orderd, 1 month late.
And in 2 pieces, it was just broken in two.

Products are not even close to what is described on the website..
Shipping is a nightmare and coustumer service and refunds is never to be seen..

No one to talk to return for an exchange. Web site does not allow to request a return. Horrible people. Horrible practices.

Same as some others here, ordered Lego from them, arrived wrapped in plastic and it is not Lego but a cheap rip off. They agreed on refunding it, but I haven’t had that yet and I had to pay for return postage of nearly £15. Am taking legal to recover my costs but they are refusing to provide details.

This website is a fake store. We ordered a Lego box kit and after three weeks waiting we received a fake message from post office asking to pay customs for more than 1000€ ...!!!
Don’t order anything here!!

Ordered lego same a other reviewer loose items in a bag how can i give this as a gift to a child disgraceful.

Do not order anything from Costume Mascot world. I received some lego today, a cop and all the pieces in a bag - no box - Stay clear of them

They don’t even deserve a Star!!!! But in order to leave this BAD review i had to mark.
I ordered 12 party cups for my nephews bday party @ .89 each off the Walmart app. Now shipping was awesome and in plenty of time. I opened my box to discover 2 cups that I paid $20.03 for!!!!! The label and even on my Walmart purchase history says 2 cups at $9.63 each. WHAT????? Are you serious? I don’t understand how the number changed and so did the price. Then I am wanting to return them for my money back and it is telling me they will subtract the cost of $7.99 for using their return label!!! Lesson learned!!! Don’t shop here!!!!

This is the worst company in the history of mankind. Believe every bad review you see here. I ordered my item on January 25, 2020 for an event on February 29. As of March 6, it still has not been received. Phone calls to the customer service line are not answered, I gave up trying after about ten tries. They finally responded to the third email I sent, when I was informed my item went out on February 30. I assumed they meant January 30, but with this company you just don't know. On February 14, I received an email that I think was supposed to be some kind of package tracking application. Unfortunately, it's most recent update said, "Item being prepared for post" on January 30. It finally changed today, March 6 to, "shipping to US". Needless to say, the event has come and gone, I still don't have the item, and have no use for it now. Can I return it? Yes if I want to pay roughly the cost of the item to send it back. If you need a costume, it would be in your best interest to shop elsewhere.

Now they are called CostumePartyWorld, still scamming people. I have paid for a mask asking if it could arrive before 10 days. They answered that if i pay for an express shipment only. I have been waiting for 15 days and still without receiveing it.

EDIT (01/03/2020): luckily, i had payed through paypal so i could start a claim to recover my money and now i have the whole money back.

I demanded a refund and they refused. They offered me store credit.... as if I would use them again! Bad service and bad quality

Lying about delivery. Slow delivery is ok if they would communicate it, but they are frankly just lying.

Less than zero. Tricking website here they promise quick action and hide real shpment time. They have a certain skin in Genuary where most of their selling is concentrated (they are mostly Carnival costumes) then they change their website.
Buyer beware, if antyhing u will receive it, u will receive poor quality, not correspondent items.

Never ever again! What a service! After 20 days my package finally arrived. Too late so I told the lady at customer service I want to send the item back but I was only able after 2w ( business in Asia) and I was not possible after this period... it was not my fault of the delay and I told them from the beginning I was only able to send the item back after 14 days.
A good company should say ok no prob, the package is unopened and you informed
Us in time. But no, they can not help me so bye bye money. Bye bye Costume Party ( what a joke) world.
