Please dont buy on that site , my order not yet receive , almost 2 months now, customs holding their stuffs with unknown reason.and they ask me to contact the customs.why should ??

We ordered a lion costume for my daughter and although we followed the company sizing chart the costume was too small. The costume was VERY cheaply made and came with a torn seam as well. Efforts to contact company by phone are comical I would NOT recommend this product at all we are waiting to hear back to try to get a refund or if not another size. I assume it will soon go into the garbage DON'T BUY!!

If I could give a minus 5 star rating I would. After reading these reviews I never would have ordered from these scammers. The costume I ordered was listed as "one size" and flexible fabric, specifically that it would fit anyone who wasnt a plus size. Im5' tall and 115 lbs. I cant even do up the zipper. The wings are different to what is shown. I just emailed them and got some bull crap response that I should've checked the sizing chart first. I sent them screenshot of the size chart where it said "one size" and "stretchy fabric". I know I wont get my money back. Dont ever buy anything from these people. It's a scam. I really wish their was an online watchdog for this sort of thing so these people could be shut down.

I ordered Floral Napkins and received Foil Camouflage Balloons?!?!?
Tried to call the number listed on my PayPal receipt only to listen to scam offer after scam offer.
No way do I trust them to make it right.
UPDATE: I was able to track down the merchant via the shipping address on my package (different than website I placed actual order from) and was able to call a legit number. Problem solved with exceptional customer service.

I placed an order for 4 packs of 8 party cups for a Bday party this weekend. I was expecting a total of 32 cups. What arrived were 4 cups. This order was placed through walmart and filled by this incompetent business. I spoke with walmart customer care and they read the same thing I thought I had bought, which was the 32 cups.Thats how they list it on the walmart website. They were suprised that the wrong amount arrived. Stated they would reach out to the company to make things right. After reading all these reviews, I am not hopeful. Never again Walmart and never again costumeparty.com. Horrible company.

[ENG] : For a convention, I ordered a Doctor Strange's cosplay in this site. Actually, it was pretty accurate on the picture. I ordered and received it 13 days after the order. What a surprise when I opened the package...to see how tricked I have been : the cloak is completly different, same for the belt, product incredibly small whereas I gave my sizes... I asked for a refund but they didn't answer me after I pointed out the problems. Tried once more saying sizes weren't big enough, they answered "an open product can't be refund"....:D and HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THERE'S A SIZING PROBLEM WITHOUT OPENING THE PRODUCT ???
I'm currently preparing a lawsuit against them so if I can save other people from this, just read the following words : DO NOT BUY COSTUME PARTY'S MERCHANDISE

[FRA] : Pour aller à une convention, j'ai commandé un cosplay de Doctor Strange sur ce site. Il était très ressemblant aux photos, d'ailleurs. Je l'ai commandé le 24/2 et l'ai reçu chez moi le 9/3. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise lors de l'ouverture du paquet...quand j'ai vu que jm'étais fait avoir : l'intérieur de la cape, c'était un tartan écossais, la ceinture était aussi une fumisterie, je pouvais pas lever les bras avec le costume alors que j'ai donné toutes les bonnes dimensions...J'ai demandé un remboursement mais quand j'ai expliqué ce qui allait pas, on m'a gentiment ignoré. J'ai retenté en pointant le problème de taille, on m'a répondu "un produit ouvert n'est pas remboursé".....ET MERCÉ PEPITO MAIS COMMENT JE LE SAIS QUE C'EST PAS À MA TAILLE SI JE L'ESSAIE PAS ????
Afin de me venger de ces charognards, je prépare une action en justice donc si j'ai moyen de protéger d'autres personnes, lisez les mots suivants : N'ACHETEZ PAS SUR CE SITE

Absolute rubbish! My daughter bought an adults Elsa wig. Took ages to arrive, then when it did, was bad quality and would not fit an adult. Dont buy.

I ordered a costume and my card was charged $198.00 4 times and I tried to contact the company and could not reach anyone, so now I decided to google reviews on the company and see all the complaints...now I want to cancel my order and there is no way to do so. So I had to dispute fraud with my bank and now go through the process of waiting 1-10 days back to receive back my $800.00. This company also has a screen that should have made it aware to me that it is untrustworthy when it stated to enter my card information a second time to receive my order faster, but I would not be charged twice...bull manure.

A BIG success. I had ordered online and then read the reviews and was very nervous. But the costume came in less than ten days and is EXACTLY what I thought it would be!!!! I get to be Olaf today and thrill my grandson and great nieces and nephews.

Do NOT purchase a costume from these scammers. I paid $170 for a costume well over a month before Halloween. It arrived five days later. The costume was complete trash. Most importantly it was missing the most important component. They did not respond to my emails and blocked me from their facebook page. Their policy is no refunds 30 days after purchase. I didn't receive their garbage costume until 45 days after purchase! Another policy is no refunds if the package has been opened. Are you kidding me? How the hell am I supposed to know what's in the package without opening it?!? Complete scammers. Buyer beware; you're about to get screwed!

I would give a zero. I ordered my granddaughter an Santa's elf child costume in size 4-6, I received a costume that is size "12-14"! She has to have it by Friday and it is WEDNESDAY!!! Cant get anyone on phone or even how to return this wrong costume and get a refund!!

If I had to give my honest review I would rate this company a zero. This company sent me the wrong item. Which I would have had in time for my daughter's event. I called the number listed on the website, you never can get through. They don't have a working number which is the first sign not to order from this company.Which if I would have known this prior I would have never placed an order with them. Anybody that sells anything should have a working contact number so you can talk to someone on the phone. I have no idea if I'm going to get my correct item in time. All I was told was I'll get an email when the package is sent. I've sent multiple emails asking for someone to call me and all it has done is delay the correct item from being sent. I will never order from this company again and I highly recommend going elsewhere.

I ordered a mask in early October with promises of it arriving by Halloween. We received the mask on 11/8. After many emails with customer service, they refused to issue a refund, even though the delivery time exceeded their 30 day guarantee (which is in fine print) NOW, they want me to return the item on my own to HONG KONG and pay a 15% restocking fee- after which they will only issue store credit. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Today i got a package delivered from CostumeParty.com- and a return label, but i never heard of them and I NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM! how did they get my info? So far I don't see any charges on my CC... I am going to call my banks etc., and alert them just in case. This has me very unsettled. Anyone else? frane 413 at hot mail (no spaces between anywords)

Out of the blue I received a package from this co. I have never ordered from them. And there is no receipt. Now I am going through my credit cards to make sure I haven't been scammed for something I didn't order.

Awful experience with this company. Ordered a child’s costume in early October and was promised it would arrive by Halloween. It didn’t. When it did arrive, the pull-over mask did not even have any cutouts for the eyes - basically it was a nylon head sock. The lady we dealt with would not process a money back return due to the costume having been ‘opened’ (hello??). All we were offered was a store credit. Repeat business is NOT part of their business model I guess. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!

I ordered for my son for Halloween. My order was placed on Oct. 12 and it was supposed to arrive within 14 days. It didn't arrive until November 5! I ended up ordering the same from another vendor and paying for 2-day delivery. Thank goodness for that. When I finally received the product from Costume Party, I wanted to return it. They said I had to mail it back to Hong Kong. Prior to making the purchase, I checked their website, which indicated that returns can be sent to a location in the U.S. They would not live up to what was said on the website. They are requiring that I mail it back to Hong Kong, which is costly. So, I ended up paying for express shipping by another vendor because they did not send it to me on time and now have to pay international costs to send it back to Hong Kong. Don't do business with this company.
