I wish I have seen the reviews. I did not receive shipping email and they have already charged me. I have not received the product yet still. Terrible. I don't know if I will receive the product ever, but I will dispute it. Horrible.

Please do not order from this company its based in Hong Kong the costume I ordered for a child was so long it could fit a 7ft very slim adult, mask couldn't even see through it.I am so glad I used my PayPal acct they refunded my money this company wanted me to return item for refund, price to return from bklyn ny was 63.00 they know what they doing .PLEASE BE AWARE SCAMMERS if you use PayPal report them they will help

Ordered my sons Costume in September did not receive it till almost the end of October when I received it was way to big cheaply made and I was disgusted I end up having to buy a another costume From a different company and Pay extra to have it shipped here in time for Halloween I would never buy from them again I guess I learned my lesson should have read the reviews before I purchased.

I ordered 2 costumes for my son and Daughter. I paid for the express shipping and the site promises orders are dispatched within 1 day. I ordered on the 22nd so I should have had the costumes in plenty of time for Halloween. 3 days go by and I finally see the shipping label created but they still haven't shipped it 2 days later (5 days gone by since order was placed and it hasn't shipped). DHL has no record of picking the package up or having it dropped off. It will not be here by Halloween. I received an email from someone named Milky (Yes Milky) and they said it will be shipped soon and I should have it by next weekend in time for the Halloween weekend celebration? Huh... Please read these reviews save your money and your time. I now need to wait another few days to have PayPal refund me. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! It is a Chinese company they will ship you what ever they please and you need to ship back to China for exchanges? It costs them pennies to ship from China but it costs us 20 - 30 dollars to ship to them DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Avoid.

Firstly delivery - took forever, no response to attempts to contact.

Quality - non-existent, sizing ridiculous, out of proportion (long legs, bizarrely short body), has two left hands (gloves part of sleeves) and just really cheap and nasty.

No response to any communication.

They are the worst company to oder from they don't have a good tracking styme they sent my husband and I the wrong size and wrong costumes and they cheap I try mine on and started to rip and we needed them Last night THEY ARE MEAN AND THEY SUCK NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.THEY ARE THE WORST ANS RIP U OFF DHL IS THERE TRACKING PEOPLE THEY SUCK I WILL NEVER US THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I ordered a hermione costume, it came in time and form. It looks exactly like the picture And it has a wand pocket! I strongly recommend taking the expensive shipping, it was worth it.

I just received my order and the skeletal dog I ordered does not have it's head the other skeletons are in tact. Unfortunately the dog was the reason for the order. So disappointed.

I wish I would have read reviews! Ugh.. I paid express shipping and it has shipped even though I got confirmation from them that it had last week. DHL states they haven’t received it. I just emailed them but from the other reviews, sounds like I have been scammed. Now have to rush around to find my son a costume in 2 days! I’m totally disgusted! The phone number always says it’s busy and to use email. They need shut down!

I ordered two costumes and only received one. I tried for weeks to get someone to answer their phones OR respond to an email. Totally disgusted that there are companies out there that do this to other people. I have to go see if I can find a different costume for my 6 year old today as we are so close to Halloween. Not impressed

I’ve already filed a dispute with my credit card company over this terrible business. I paid extra to be able to track the shipping on my order, since I knew it was an international order. When messaging the company about the tracking I just received a run around about how I will receive the order in the “time window.”
While I did receive the order about a week later, it is ABSOLUTLY NOT what I ordered. Looks nothing like it. I ordered a Men’s XL (for my husband who normally wears a LG) based on the size chart, thinking there would be some willgle room. The costume is SO small it looks like it should be a children’s costume. I’m a 5 foot 1 inch tall female and the pants are my length. Halloween and parties are this week, no time for an exchange. I messaged asking about a refund, stating now we had no time for an exchange. They responded “you can exchange the item.” Complete bull!

If I could give 0 I would. I ordered my nephews costume on Sept 18. It is Oct 17 and still no costume. I keep emailing and they keep giving me the run around. Totally unprofessional and a scam. Why didn’t I read reviews before I ordered from them? What was I thinking!? So mad!!!

What everyone on here is complaining about is absolutely true this is a shithole company located in China there has to be something to get rid of this false advertisement of a company I ordered a costume oct 1 didn't go thru till Oct 3 and now its Oct 30 and I still dont have my purchase these people are a shitshow

BEWARE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A COSTUME FOR MY GRANDSON. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH AND STILL NOT HERE. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AND RECEIVED 4 EXCUSES. THE COMMENTS ON HERE OF GOOD SERVICE ARE SCAM FAKE CUSTOMERS. I HAVE DEMANDED INFORMATION. THEIR PHONE NUMBER GOES TO A FAKE SET UP. NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM BY PHONE. THIS COMPANY IS FROM CHINA BUT PHONE NUMBER IS US. IT'S NOT GOING TO BE PRETTY IF I DON'T RECEIVE THIS COSTUME IN THE NEXT 4 DAYS AND THEY BREAK MY GRANDSONS HEART.

This is the worst company I have ever bought something from!!
I purchased a costume on September the 15th and paid for express shipping. I also emailed them to make sure that I would receive it in time (before the 5th of October). They assured me that it would arrive long before that. The item I purchased was in stock and it says that they ship within 24 hours. When I still haven't received a tracking link by Monday the 1st of October I contacted them through email again and asked where the costume was. They said it wasn't shipped yet but that I would receive a tracking link when they send it. I then replied saying no need to send it anymore I won't receive it by the deadline. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. Then on the day I needed the costume they ship it, knowing that I won't receive it in time and that I canceled the order 4 days earlier. I emailed them again and saying that I refuse to receive it and want my money back. They just reply saying that they have now shipped it and I will receive it soon. THE ABSOLUTE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! This is fraud. Do not buy from them!

Terrible product and not at all as pictured or described! They used someone else’s photo and made something cheap! My item should have been a professional costume, one piece Gecko from PJ Masks with cotton filling but instead it was in multiple pieces, with styrofoam filling and in no way fits the size as described! Cheap and a complete lie!

Received costume with two left hand gloves. Called the company (2:29 EST), no answer, no live Customer support (message said "unavailable").

Buyer beware.

Bought an expensive Infinity Gauntlet from them, with the sale product description as a light-up gauntlet with batteries. What was delivered? A big rubber glove with stuck-on plastic jewellery stones that were not even stuck in the right order!!! Huge disappointment, unbelievable deception. I demand a full and complete refund for the poor quality of the product!

I ordered 2 costumes and just 1 has arrived, i ask for the second and they r not going to send it to me, and they r not going to refound me the momey back. I lost 60 $ with them, they r just scammers, im going to report them
