I love my order it came in on schedule and it looks great!!

if you have 0, I will choose 0. I ordered a product from Costume Party. I received my product in two days later. when I ask for return the answer was it was expecting bcz it was stander delivery. however when I purchase the item it give the day delivery was meet my need, but the item come to me was two days late, and I no longer needed. the company not even give any more respones.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE SITE DO NOT TRUST!!!!! THEY CHARGED ME TWICE!! AND STILL NEVER GAVE ME BACK MY MONEY EVEN AFTER I RETURNED IT. AFTER THAT MY CERDIT CARD INFO WAS STOLEN SOMEONE CREATED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND USED MY NAME AND CARD NUMBER AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE A PAYPALS ACCOUNT. HELL NO! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOESN'T EVEN LET YOU CONNECT TO THEM. THESE PEOPLE ARE CHEATS! THEY MADE ME PAY $56 TO SHIP THE STUPID COSTUME BACK TO! AND WOULD NOT EVEN RESPOND TO REFUNDING ME FOR THE RIDICULOUS AMOUNT. I called and report them. Do not trust this site. I ordered the wonder women costume as well. And the costume wasn't even the same and was missing a piece to it as well! It did not even fit and when I emailed them to tell them they told me to go tailor it... Are you kidding me! like why the hell would pay more money on a costume that DID NOT EVEN MATCH THE PICTURES POSTED AND WAS MISSING THE SHORTS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO COME WITH IT!? Do not be surprised if you buy something off their site and you get charged twice.

If they had a 0 star I'd choose this. I spent close to 300.00 on their Wonder Woman costume and although their website looks like a US site I noticed it shipped from China. I was so nervous because of the horror stories I had heard of with these knock off sites. The costume came and looked nothing like what they advertised. I wish there was an area I could post pictures on here. The costume advertised on their site was the new Gal Gadot costume blue and red. They advertised movie quality. The costume came in brown instead of red and black instead of blue. The pieces feel like cardboard so the leg pieces don't even mold around your legs but look like you tried to tie a kleenex box around it. The velcro doesn't even stick. The tops zipper was completely broken and doesn't even zip and splits open in the middle. I was soo devastates and received no response from them. I'm going out on Saturday night and am soooo upset after having spent so much thinking the costume was like the pictures on their website. I've taken the top to my dry cleaners where they will replace the zipper for me and will go out to purchase some velcro and paint to hopefully salvage a disaster of a costume. The skirt doesn't even cover my butt. This place is one of those scam sites. Do NOT buy anything from this site.

I ordered a costume from this company with express shipping. The order came on time but with a MISSING ITEM that makes the costume incomplete. Instead of offering a solution to having my order rectified, their customer service representative justified the error stated that they are quality controlled very well and did not see weight discrepancy in shipping weight. He stated that they could not send it this week and would take a week or so to receive. So needless to say I WILL NOT be ordering from this company again. I ordered this costume in time for Halloween and due to this company's lack of reliability and inability to correct their "quality controlled" mistake, I will not have a complete costume I paid for specifically with EXPRESS shipping. POOR customer service. DON'T BUY!

Costume I ordered was missing a piece. After contacting customer service; they immediately rushed out a new costume which was there in only a couple days. Hard to find an online business with good customer service. Definitely my go to place for costumes.

I ordered a product from Costume Party. I received my product in a timely manner. (It was advertised 7-10 business days and I got it in about 4) however when I received my product it was missing a piece along with on of my items being cracked. I made a call and came into contact with someone by the name of Stewart who handled my complaint and also overnighted me another item. His prompt attention, professionalism, and kindness over shadows the mishap with the missing piece.

Costume arrived with packing paper melted and stuck all over the rubber costume, the mask smelled terrible. My son didn't even try it on, and I called customer service (Stewart) to tell them about it. He was nasty and told me about their "return" policy - they would only issue a credit, which I didn't need because my son's party was the next day and I had to buy another costume. Worse, he was so mean on the phone and didn't even offer me the address to return the costume - so I got an address off the Internet that wasn't the correct one. I'm sure this will be a long battle to get my money back, but I will fight it with the credit card company.

I was extremely happy to work with this company. I've had issues returning costumes to websites in the past but this company did all they could to make sure I would be happy with my purchase. Product description of the item was completely misleading! They lied about how item was package and how it came. Refused to give me a refund because I accepted their no return policy.

I ordered some costumes, there were some issues with one of the item purchased and I needed them to be replaced in less than 3 days. They were able to replace the costume I wanted and delivered to me within 2 days. Excellent customer services,quick response and awesome job getting what I needed. Thanks!

I had to take a moment and say thanks to Costume Party. I've been looking for The Avengers Iron Man Mark Vii Muscle Costume and finally found it available at CostumeParty and at the lowest price I had seen anywhere. When the costume arrived in under a week I was estatic to check it out. When I opened the box I learned that UPS had damaged the item so I was really worried that it would be sold out and that there wouldn't be enough time to get another one. I called customer service and they took care of this while I was on the phone and even rushed a new costume to me that arrived two days later. The new costume arrived in great condition. Thanks to a great store that I will recommend to all my friends!

Poor company to do your business with. They are just downright rude with their customer service. Worst return service I've ever dealt with. Don't bother even taking the costume out of the box to even breathe on it if their is any chance you might return it. And, if you do try to return it be prepared to jump through hoops. I had bought a costume for my 22 month old daughter, and bought her a 18month to 2T costume. Well, it was too big and I tried to return or exchange it and was told if package was even opened they would not accept it. How was I supposed to see if it fit if I didn't open it. Then I had to practically beg them for the RMA number and they gave me a list of restrictions a mile long, plus I had to pay for overnight shipping and a trackable package?!?! Really?

We were able to get all the supplies for my four-year-old's pirate birthday party at a great price here. Our local party supply store only had a few pirate related items so we were thrilled to find such a great variety here, and at about half the cost of what I had seen in other stores. Thanks for making my little boy's party such a hit!

I emailed letting the company know I needed to return the costume due to wrong fit. They then emailed letting me know I could not return because I opened the bag. I never opened the bag, the costume was plus size which would never fit me. I ordered incorrectly. I went back and forth through email getting nowhere. I finally sent an email stating I was done arguing over a $30 costume and I would never be using their services again. I also have warned everyone I know about their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered my 3 year old the blue Mermaid costume and it says it fits a 2-4 year old. I couldn't even get it over her head and she is skinny. I measured it and looked at what they said their measurements were and they were half the size they stated. Customer service sent me an email saying sorry you opened it and we don't except products that have been opened. Wow, I unsnapped the bag, very bad practice. Good thing I didn't pay more than $20. It was also very cheaply made.

My husband is a Harry Potter addict. I'm planning an HP themed party for his birthday and found great prices on CostumeParty.com. Lots of variety available, from full costumes to accessories; even individual wands, quidditch goggles and Harry's glasses. Great quality and quick service!
