The costume came with a hole in one of the seams. I had to take to a seamstress to fix.

Bought an item on line. They didn't have it in stock at the warehouse. On line it still showed they had the item I ordered. I was bummed..

Placed my order with an estimated day of shipment a week out. Happy to receive an email within 12 hours stating it was already sent out for shipping and would arrive a week earlier than expected. So far I'm very pleased with ordering, hoping the costume is as great as the service!

My Costumes4Less experience was unacceptable. I did not experience unreasonable or rude conduct as I received no response from Costumes4Less at all. I received my order in a timely manner, however it was not the costume I had ordered. I tried contacting customer service several times to let them know I received the wrong costume and would like to make an exchange. I received no response. Ebay made it easy to return the costume and I received a refund, but I was very disappointed with my experience. I will not order again.

I complained about corroded batteries in my daughter's costume. Instead of crediting my credit card, I got a storr credit. Store credit really only helps your site. I will NOT be purchasing again, nor will I reccommend your site.

We love the costume! Very cute. Looks just like the picture. Fit my granddaughter good. The only downside is the broom is not included and it cost 3/4 of what the costume cost.
