Purchased for husband for Christmas to replace Bose headphones whose noise cancelling died a few months ago. He says sound quality as good (uses primarily to listen to music) and noise cancelling excellent. He especially loves the 30hr battery charge and for the price (with a $30 pre Christmas bonus) an amazing product.

I purchased these headphones as a Christmas gift for my son. The shopping experience was very simple, website clearly describes items sold. My son is enjoying the headphones and has told me the sound and feel is great.

Good headphones for the price .

At first, the first headphones I bought came in the mail broken. But I think they broke from the shipping and not the company. So the company sent me a new pair and they came in perfectly! Thank you Cowen for being an amazing company and great customer service 👏 ❤

Top of the line headphones thank you Cowin!

Ordered some holiday gifts for my kids and the Cowin site was super easy to navigate. Unfortunately there was a mixup with shipping, but the customer service was excellent. Also super easy to use, the employees were attentive and so helpful. They resolved the small issue without delay and our gifts arrived in plenty of time. Would recommend this company to everyone! We also used the company directly instead of working through Amazon and a so glad we did.

I ordered a pair of wireless headphones as my husband's Christmas gift. Cowin's website was very easy to navigate around, and the product arrived quickly. Most surprising of all, though, was a thank you email that I received after completing my purchase. Not the usual email confirming the order, but a separate email thanking me for supporting a small business. Very nice!

Their customer service is extremely fast an efficient. They will help you out no matter what so long as you provide them your order number and proof of purchase.

Had an awesome experience with Cowin. I made several mistakes when purchasing some headphones. Ordered wrong color and then on a second order forgot to add the discount code. They took care of both issues immediately. Can’t wait to get my headphones and thanks to their quick response they will be in the right color.

So far the headphones have been great. I bought the sound cancelling headphones but quickly realized that you dont even have to use that feature as all outside noise is very muffled so it creates a nice cone of silence.
